The staff in this location need to be educated a proper manners and customer service to its customers. Especially the young girl. I would say lady but I would assume she isn’t due to how rude she was. We have 3 children and order kids packs at different subway locations often. The man cut a piece of bread off of bread that was one inch thick. Now of course I spoke up and asked for a 6 inch because I’m not paying full price for a kids meal that is 1 inch thick. After we asked to switch to a 6 inch. This girl came over and rudely said “Um ya that’s a size of a kids, it’s always that small” along with dirty looks and attitude. After letting her know that’s not the size of kids size sandwich. She then went to whisper to her male fellow employee talk about us the customers and laugh. We were so appalled we walked out and went somewhere else for our meal. As the manager of this small subway shop I would hope he/she would work with this young girl and teach her how to properly speak to people in general and how to properly behave especially at work.

My favorite coffee/lunch break when traveling between Edmonton & Fort McMurray. Consistently good food and quality customer service, even when it gets busy. We'll be back!

I walked in to this subway restaurant on my way driving home there was a man making a sub for a customer and there was alady stocking up some chips. Any ways she came in behind the counter ask me what i want to order. I told her i want she stated mumbling i couldn't understand what she was saying she stated to get frustrated i can't understand what she was saying lol the guy behind the counter took over and prepared my foot long sub.I usually pay less than $9 bucks but he charged me $15.72 ripped me off almost $7-8 i didn't realize i got ripped of till i got home and my wife looked at the receipt. I'm very disappointed charge me 16 bucks for footlong vegetable sub with a drink and small bag of chips.
