This place is the slowest Starbucks ever, if your in a rush go somewhere else. Been waiting 15-20 minutes for a frozen limonade with a coffee. They served online orders before serving the clients inside the store.

Over 20 minutes inside waiting for 2 coffees in an empty store!Mobile orders piling up on the counter, but live customer standing 20 minutes for coffee being ignored?NOT acceptable.Extremely bad service!

This Starbucks is open early enough for me to stop by on my way to work at 6:30 on weekends and that's nice!But MAN.... Is it ever SLOW...... Take the drive through ro pick up my mobile order with just two cars in front of me and I'm still waiting 10+ minutes in line

I live in Ottawa but Starbucks Rockland is amazing and so friendly. I have been twice while visiting family and by far the greatest employees and always get my London Fog done right!!!

Food and drinks are good here. Biggest issue is that any order will most likely take 30-60 minutes to make and it will most likely have an issue.The turn around time is atrocious. You can appetizers + dinner at a restaurant before you can have one drink made for you here.

Clean, fast and friendly service. One newer guy screwed up my Java chip and there was chocolate all over my cup but that's okay lol.
