Buying a used vehicle can rate fairly high as one of the riskiest purchases you encounter. I for one knows just enough to make sure the person I buy from will have my back if any issues might arise. Yoni and Juan are those guys. Unbeknown to all involved there was an unforeseen mechanical issue that cropped up soon after my purchase. Immediately Yoni had the vehicle booked into his network of service guys, took care of the problem and had me on my way. Their Google rating indicates a quality business and I got the benefit of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We got there and fell in love with a van - too many choices by the way but one thing that we loved was that they were able to address all our concerns in real time and when we needed to get the van urgently they made that possible even with a rush timeline. Bought a Ford transit van from them about a year ago, air conditioner was not cooling took it back 4 times, was sent to the same incompetent and rude mechanic who would fix it and a few weeks later, problem is back (one of his fixes, held my van for 5 days). Now the company is saying it is not their problem since this has been going on for over a year. Other things around the van that they promised to replace, have also not been honored (kept being told that they are on backorder). Was told that I should be happy that a van I brought for almost $30,000 they are now selling for $40,000. Just make sure that if you are giving them your money, you get everything being promised documented in writing.I came to the company as soon as the AC wasn't cooling, came back as soon as it happened again, just before winter, came back after winter when we had the first heat wave. Was told by Yoni that he will get back to me. After months of no response I did take it to Midas and they fixed it. I came to the company to see if they would make it right by paying for the AC repair part of the bill and did not ask for anything else. Was told they will get back to me. They never did.

I bought a ford transit brand vehicle 1 week ago, the owner said that the vehicle was clean without any problems, they lied about the price, they also lied about the price. But he did not accept and did not care, then I took the vehicle to ford service and within 3 hours, the authorities gave a detailed report and said that the vehicle would not be safe until it was repaired, I was surprised yori sold the vehicle to me without any security, do not buy anything and liars and scammers should not even pass through the door.

(Edited) Owner stepped in and paid back money that was overcharged) We signed for a fixed price then it was changed to an extra $390 when we picked up the vehicle. He said it was the bank who added extra interest when it was really him charging us for the safety that Autotron was suppose to pay for. And they didn't even give us the paperwork for the safety. Also signed for the 60 month finance plan and was changed to 72 months when we picked up the truck. Be careful here and read the small print over and over again cause Autotron will sneak in extra charges at the last second.

Dealt with Autotron and purchased a Triton Trailer. Company and staff were welcoming, honest, trustworthy and proficient. Very positive experience and price was reasonable. Staff went out of their way to licence the vehicle ina very timely manner as I waited. I would recommend Autotron to my family, friends and anyone looking for a vehicle.
