Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

sandwich was missing pickles and sauce, it feels like a complete joke. i am not exaggerating when i say this is the worst sandwich i’ve ever had in my life. i’ve tried their sandwiches before at the barrhaven location and it is nothing like this.

Sauce was good. Chicken was dry, bun was soggy, and the fries were cold. Based on the reviews, they know there are issues and they don't care. Popeyes or KFC are better.

Updated review:I tried this place again after having spoken to the management of this location and this time they had everything right. The chicken was great as usual and all the components were well put together. I also ordered a side of curly fries, which were fantastic, but the quantity wasn't a lot for the price. It is still good and I would get it again. I am changing my review based on the recent experience as well as the management's involvement.Original review:I ordered two sandwiches with the medium level of heat. The sandwiches were good, but I have to knock a star or two off because one of the sandwiches came with two tiny tenders instead of the three. The sauce has a nice kick and the bun is pretty soft. The chicken itself is flavourful and tender.Too bad about that oversight, it altered the texture and made it too bready.

Just ordered it tonight, and this is what I get for $13? This is highway robbery. The chicken is like the size of a chicken wing, they're rediculously small! What a waste of money. At least it tasted okay. Wouldn't recommend though for the portion, absolute shame.Edit: I have ordered from Frankie's before, but usually the location near St Laurent mall. That one is 100x better. Way bigger portions and tastes so much betterEdit 2 March 2023: ordered from this location on accident on uber eats instead of the Gloucester location, and I remember why I don't go to this location. My sandwich was cold, buns were dry, did not give me extra pickles like I requested, and they gave me only 3 onion rings?? Stay away from this location

Ordered online through Skip the Dishes and curly fries were missing. Garlic toast was put in a damaged box labeled curl" - literally one toast cut in half and i was charged the full price for this combo. Still haven't heard back about a refund on this."

I used to really like this place and it was my go to far too often. The last 6 months or so the quality seems to have really deteriorated and as many other reviewers have said the portion sizes have become incredibly small. The nine tossed chicken strips I ordered were each about half the size that they used to be 2 years ago. It's too bad, I loved this place

Great chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken strips were not fresh tho. It's not a separate store, it's at lone star.Crispy, fresh, with a hint of spiciness. Some say it's burnt but I think that's the style and the batter, because it didn't taste burnt. It wasn't oily either.

We ordered two bacon cheese fried chicken sandwiches. One was missing bacon, both were missing cheese. The bacon was somehow both dry and soggy. I ordered extra everything and got less than the standard amount of everything. The chicken was dry and had been reheated in a microwave. There was no hot sauce on either sandwich. I know this is Ottawa, but come on.

Firstly, very impressed with the Hot AF, which was actually quite spicy and had decent flavour, however the way they dressed my strips left a lot to be desired (See pic). Minor thing Coleslaw didn't taste dilly" as advertised

I received the wrong order. Instead of a 3-Piece chicken I got the Chicken Sandwich. I did choose the NO SAUCE option and it came with extra which was flaming hot my mouth. The buns was burnt and not tasty.The chicken that was edible was tasty, but the burnt part's I skipped. The onion rings we're actually good.I'm wondering if there was even a manager on site to ensure attention to quality. Good thing Gordon Ramsey didn't get this order he would be throwing it back.
