Got my nails done today first time in the place it was excellent service love my nails will be going back x

I was in shop today and got ombre nails.£30... lady who nails follow covid rules well and cleaned to avoid cross contamination well done guys for this. I went to salon last year and got plain acrylics did from the gent which I wasnt happy with as I had acrylic all under the nail...... the ombre ones today are not even and not even straight also charging 15 pound for 6 year old nails i feel is shocking even after the lady who looked and saw 5 pound sitting repeated herself in rude manner telling me not 5 pound she is 15 when I clearly knew this already as I asked b4 the treatment felt very rude pls see attached photo of poor results not worth 45 pound sorry wont b back

Fab service, exactly what I asked for and loads of colours and extras too the decor is also nice deffo. Friendly staffs. recommend.

Hi I’m realy disappointed I showed a picture of what I wanted I didn’t get anything like it I asked for pastel colours also colours are so dark and absolutely not pastel what soever out of pocket for something I’m not happy with also showed my card to get stamped that got ignored aswell realy isn’t fair at all also had an appointment for 2:30 I had to wait an extra 45 minuites realy not happy at all .

Got extensions done today for the first time in 4 years as I used to live elsewhere and had a regular nail technicion. I suffer from psoriasis on my nailbed which causes my nails to be brittle and dimpled, the gentleman doing them said he will try to look for a treatment for my next appointment which was very thoughtful! Exactly what I asked for, they're beautiful. Great service, quick and cheap.
