The only place to purchase a vintage watch in the city of London. If you purchase one somewhere else take it to Derek the owner and he will authenticate for you at no charge. He has been in the business for at least 30 years and has been online since the 90's. He changes watch batteries and will consign your watch if you wish to sell it. The most reputable watch dealer that I know.

I literally needed just a single watch band pin for this beautiful Seiko Sportura - everywhere else I looked online required me to buy a package of at least 10Gave WatchesToBuy a call and the very nice man offered to sell me a couple for a very reasonable price ( < $5 )I didn’t do any shopping for watches or looked at his offerings, but seems like a quaint place. If I ever get into the watch hobby (thinking retirement would be a good thing to do along with collecting stamps) - I’ll def be on the lookout for folks like this!Highly recommend based on this small experience.

This is one of my favourite stores in London. I've purchased and sold watches from Derek. He has always been highly professional and fair. The store itself is beautiful, harbouring a range of vintage watch, camera, and pen memorabilia as well as other antiques. It's tucked away in a small building off of Richmond Street and it's worth popping in just to see how cool it looks inside. I could easily spend a few hours just poking around (although I don't think the owner would appreciate that).

Last week i called Derek to ask if he had a watch in stock and he did. As i am local he told me to come in when.(most of his business is done online) I had the chance the following day so i went with my boss. When we for got the store we were greeted by Derek (very nice guy) he proceeded to show me the watch we spoke about it was very well priced i was happy to buy it but my boss beat me to it and got it as a Christmas gift but also to find out he dose watch restorations ill be bring some watches to him soon the ones that need some love and the store has so much character you find yourself going back! I had a great experience here.

The place and The dealer to buy your vintage watches from, or to quench your Seiko thirst. Bought a few pieces from here, and absolutely love all of them. Derek's shop is lovely. Though I bought the item online, I was able to visit the place and it was really nice and feels like being transported back in time. Derek is also very responsive and accommodating, continuously giving update about my order. The item arrived well-packaged and exactly how I envisioned it. Very great quality!
