I give 5 star. Codex Haccp 2020 is a great course for beginners like myself. When I entered the course I did not know about food safety programs but now I feel like a pro. This course helped me in my professional carrier and personal life improving my critical thinking and boost my confidence with better decision making. I am looking forward to take next level of courses of Haccp. Rocio is a great coach and I highly recommended. She is an excellent expert and easy to follow in class. She gave me a lot of examples that were related to my situation.

It was a very good training. The Trainer has a lot of expérience in the field, so it was a good opportunity to get good information and clarifications about BRCGS V9.The only point , maybe it could be good to have a 3 days trainning in place of 2, since there is a very good information to get from the tainner and other participants. I realy recommande this training to people working with BRCGSV9.
