I was scattered and not properly prepared for my first experience of this nature. When I arrived, I was greeted wonderfully and taken care of by Maria. She helped me relax and took care of everything. We did run into some hiccups in the process, but with the help of everyone there, we came to a satisfactory solution. Thank you so much for everything...your establishment comes highly recommended by myself.

Staff can’t be bothered to return client calls if there’s an issue. Trying to get an issue with my dads headstone resolved, and they can’t be bothered to call us back. Been going on for months now. We’re not happy with them at all.

I had the best service from day one when I phoned Riverside, within an hour Julie phoned me and yesterday we had our appointment, within the hour we had everything in place. Julie was wonderful, kind, and had great knowledge. Preparing for death can be scary, but Julie has a passion for the job but also the human touch, I took my 80-year-old mom, and Julie was lovely and kind to her. We got everything set up for our entire family and have peace of mind. I encourage anyone to prepare for the future, we are always scared of the costs but Julie counsel helped us take this step and have peace if mind. Thank you.

My son recently purchased a plot for his father and we dealt with Julie Gee. Julie took the time to not only walk us through the processes of planning and next steps, she was very caring and understanding taking the time to get to know him (us) and to understand his needs for now and the future. We recently purchased a plot for our mother and I dealt with Mark Vandermeersch who was very patient, pleasant and caring to deal with. Because I reside out of town, I had to deal with Mark via email and phone. Mark returned calls and emails very promptly and was excellent to work with. I would certainly recommend Mark and Riverside Cemetery to others. Thank you Mark for making this experience as painless" as possible."

Too bad I can't give 0/5 stars. The crematorium put my family through hell before we were allowed to pick up my grandma's ashes. No one called to communicate that her cremation would be delayed so we waited an extra 7 days when there was a previously signed document stating she would be ready in 5-7 days from her passing. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe our feelings. The emotional and psychological damage my family has gone through will never be forgiven. Do not recommend going here. These people have no heart or consideration for families who have lost their loved ones. There was no remorse or apology for their actions when we were finally able to pick my grandma up.

Today I just bought my future resting place at Riverside cemetery and Julie Gee was very pleasant to talk too..helpful & accommodating .very clear in explaining to me all the process..it took me less than 30mins to close our deal .. keep up the good work Julie Gee

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CREAMATORUM.If I could give them a negative rating I would. I did not get my moms ashes back until 2 weeks after her death. Riverside does not want to take any responsibility and puts blame on Funeral home. Riverside wasnt even willing to wait an extra 10 _15 mins after closing for me to pick mom up. RUN FAR FROM RIVERSIDE!!!
