Terrible delivery service! As an out of town customer I was appalled at the lack of communication from this specific location. We ordered our furniture through the High Level location and received an email saying that it was available for pickup in High Level. After making an hour and a half drive to pick it up, we were informed that it was delivered to our town weeks prior and we were not contacted at all. They claim to have called and been sent to voicemail, however we received no phone calls or voice messages whatsoever. The one staff member that claimed to have been aware of this delivery was extremely unprofessional and basically insinuated that it was our fault for not receiving this alleged phone call. 100% cannot recommend dealing with this store for any reason.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Trudy. She went out of her way to help me get a great deal on furniture for my new house and ensure that the delivery met my unique needs. Worst customer service. Instead of ordering sectional from here, better to build one. They only have partial pieces and want full payment on the sectional with no idea on when they can deliver it to you. They will never inform you of changes to the proposed delivery date unless you call in. The first 2 pieces arrived in store and no one informed me until I called in. Last piece is not expected until November (0 guarantees on November delivery), keep in mind they wanted full payment in April. If in High Level, please try everywhere else. Not worth your money better yet, your time.

I have been dealing with the Brick High Level for years, for personal and for all the non-profits I am involved with as well... our Libraries, Community Hall, our Museum shelving and most recently outfitting our new cabins coming this summer! They find what we want, offer expert advice on items and availability, they know the communities they serve and strive to meet all expectations. They support regional businesses, non-profits and events that make our communities better places to live. For the few lackluster reviews on here, I would ask, 'what was your attitude was going in?'... bad attitudes are never pleased and social media has given them an anonymous voice. For anyone reading these reviews and wanting an honest review by someone with a name and a face... feel free to message me!

Just recently bought a freezer from the brick and from the initial order to the delivery, everything was great. The staff is always helpful and polite to deal with. Their delivery service is wonderful, such a convenience! Will definitely continue to shop at the brick.

As the only furniture store in High Level, I thought I would have been able to buy a computer chair... however the selection was non-existant and the staff were un-interested in serving me or helping me find where they had buried the few overpriced articles they did have on hand.I cannot explain why The Brick is still in business, since its 90s business model is a complete waste of space.

I recently bought the most beautiful Shilo dining 5 piece set from the High Level Brick. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful when purchasing. They kept communication open as to when we could expect it and when we could pick it up. During pick up they were quick with the paperwork as well as carefully loading this super heavy dining room set it in my truck. Thank you High Level Brick!
