Aside from very friendly staff, your nails will get taken care of. Do is very creative when it comes to nail art, other two ladies are really good applying gel, fake nails and cleaning/fixing up your nails. Absolutely my all time go to nail salon in windsor. ❤️

Horrible experience. I walked in asking for acrylic coffin nails. The tech talked me into gel…….but then proceeded to use an acrylic powder that they label gel? That is NOT a builder gel. Gel NEVER comes in powder form, and it has to be cured with a lamp which my nails were not they dried like acrylic does. So they lied straight to my face and charged me extra for the gel.Second they did a horrible job at shaping my nails. It was very rushed and no attention whatsoever was taken for the profile of the nail only the view from the top, which good nail techs now that isn't enough.Finally Her liquid to powder ratio was very good however she took no effort to balance the apex of the nail so i'm expecting them to break much faster than a correctly built nail would. The tip of the nail is thicker than the rest and that is not how a professionally built nail should look, they weight distribution is all wrong especially since i got my nails quite long they were not built to ensure the length. Overall very unprofessional looking nails. I'm embarrassed to say i paid for them.

Staff is always so friendly and does an amazing job every time! I will be coming back to Nail World in the future. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve been to so many nail salons and by far Nail World’s is the best yet. I love getting my nails done by Jan. I’ve notice longevity from the sets that I get. They have a wide range of colours to choose from. The salon is always kept very clean. Everyone always compliments my nails and asks where I go and I don’t hesitate to let them know. I've had nails off and on for over 25 years - I had recently been a customer at Top Choice Nails (Pickwick Plaza). The 1st visit was pleasant, but I had to return less than 2 weeks later, as 4 nails came off whole...I have never had that happen before. The owner said it must be from using lotion (which I have never heard of).Upon that 2nd visit, I needed the 4 missing nails replaced, as well as a fill since I was already there. I didn't really notice until I got home, and my daughter asked why I didn't get a fill (see the pink set - that was the complete" work done on that visit).I went back the next day to show her and get them actually filled like I paid for

First time there , I will definitely go back and recommend, very relaxing atmosphere, the staff was attentive and not having conversations among them as seen in other places, very happy

****They used MMA for my acrylic fill!!***I went to Nail World because my usual salon was closed and I needed a fill for the upcoming week, my regrowth was 5 weeks long so almost midway down my nail bed.Upon removing this set I discovered MMA was used on my nails. The damage in absolutely brutal, my natural nails below my new recent regrowth where and where she filled are completely ruined. They hurt so badly and I will NOT be returning here.I just hope that others are aware or become aware before experiencing what I have.. I can't get them done again until I completely regrow my entire nails out. Very VERY disappointed.. :(

I am glad I went to Nail World! Easy to book online through their insta page. Very clean space, lots of colour variety, good, fast service, and reasonable prices. I had regular both pedicure and manucure. Thank you!!
