I have had the worst experience at this nail salon. They have awful customer service, the are very rude, extremely aggressive and rush you so much so that they do not complete all the steps required when doing dip nails. I have come here over and over and previously they did a good job but recently the last 2 times I have come here it was the worst experience imaginable.When you kindly ask for something to be fixed, they give a lot of attitude, are rude they argue with you that you’re wrong.I got my nails done today and I was told “I was asking for too much”.. since when is a customer not allowed to ask for what they want? Tony did my nails today and he was so aggressive when working with me, a majority of nail beds on my fingers and toes are all cut up and bleeding. I was not compensated for this awful service while I left bleeding, red and in pain. This is the worst salon ever, I am so disappointed in their service no words can explain. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Will definitely never be coming back. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone, Unless you like to be treated rudely and aggressively. Worst possible salon to go to in Ottawa.

An absolutely incredible nail salon, particularly for a man. The staff is very friendly and took their time to ensure the services are completed to the highest standard. I received a pedicure and foot massage. Definitely returning and highly recommended! 5 stars!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Felt like I got scammed. I went in and asked for acrylic nails and a pedicure. Off the bat they said we can only do your nails and theyll see if they can fit me in for a pedicure after, which I was okay with. The nails were really rushed and I asked for black french tips at the beginning, she did one of the french tips black and I told her I didnt like the colour and would like to change it to white. She rolled her eyes and tsked her tongue at me even after I apologized. After my acrylics, they said I had no time for a pedicure and I asked if they could just do shellac paint and a top coat and they agreed. Except I didnt expect them to charge me $105 for everything. They charged me extra for that one black tip that I made her change. I paid $55 for the nails and 44$ just for putting shellac and a top coat on my toenails?? They did not make me aware they were going to charge full price. Overall, I was only there for an hour.

I had a terrible experience today at my nail appointment. The person doing my nails not only cut my finger very badly but also left me with see through nails. My nails look awful, the color layer is see through and misshapen.I get my pedicure done there and it’s always great but this experience has really put me off ever going back.

I paid 120$ which was apparently a discount for ombre green dip powder. I have the pictures the next day 1 fell off and 2 broke. I inquired about it the second day cause I was really busy with my kids I went in on the third day because I was told they would repair it. When I got there I was told that I would be charged because on this day the 4th day 4 had cracked and one popped off. I seriously only had HALF the nails i paid for so I felt like I took a 60 dollar hit already like come on. They fixed them as quickly as they could with ACRYLIC nails and then the shellac covering all them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with the outcome of my nails.I debated writing this because they are super kindBut a single mom of two kids in this world today can’t afford to pay that much money to have these results I didn’t bother going back cause by this point I had lost my confidence in them.Super disappointed about the nails I left with the first time breaking they were beautiful

Very friendly staff, very clean and sanitary practices, new massage chairs and reasonably priced for a thorough pedicure. Lots of varnish colours and they offer a wide variety of treatments as well as designs. I don’t think you will be disappointed!

This was my first visit to Fashion Nails and they did an outstanding job on my dip manicure and shellac pedicure! The attention to detail when completing the dip process was far beyond any other experience I have had with dip nails and the end result was perfection! I will absolutely be a returning customer!
