Just right at the corner of Bay and Richmond in downtown Toronto, this store offers hot food for quick bites. Good service with friendly and helpful staff.

This store is scary- homeless are always inside eating/drinking or camped outside. I Saw a homeless guy drinking milk straight out of the container at the coffee station. Staff said nothing. He put the container down and left the store and the staff did not replace it. I feel sorry for the staff, they are too scared to do anything but as a consumer this place is Absolutely disgusting and filthy. This is the closest convenience store to me but i will walk further to avoid this place.

Never order from them on UberEATS. It took this store 2 HOURS to PREPARE the food. Hotdogs, nachos and chicken nuggets. The app showed it took 2 hrs to prepare food (delivery person was fast though). The food arrived COLD. The picture showed nachos came with cheese and beans. NOTHING came with the nachos. Just nacho chips. And none of the condiments I asked for came.

Quite a decent place to grab on the go food. Lots of choices here! Had good luck with my scratch lottery here too ;) Definitely a step up of a 7Eleven compared to the ones in Malaysia

I come here to purchase top ups for my SpeakOut Wireless phones. While I wait for the machine to spit out my voucher, it seems very busy as people drop in for one or two items. Also, I didn't realize they also sold gift cards at this location until I saw another guy unsuccessfully buy gift cards with his credit card (his card was declining). Overall, a convenient location and excellent customer service.

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I feel awful for the young women that work at this location as it’s riddled with homeless and very aggressive individuals. Would not recommend buying anything food or drink wise as everything is pretty unhygienic due to the constant stream of homeless around the drink area. They sometimes have a security guard out front but he doesn’t seem to guide people out if they are not buying anything. Again, great staff and good selection but you’re taking a chance with your safety walking in here especially at night.

I went in and purchased a hot dog. When I left the store I had a diarrhea that wouldn’t come out. When I went back to complain to the clerk he told me to eat more fibre.

Just spent 20min waiting outside your store. Because you can't have the doors open after midnight. Dumb decision. If you can't stay open at night, close the doors, I guess.
