Dr. Nadji & his dental assistant staff are wonderful! I was referred here for my gum recession & sensitivity. I had the first half of my procedure done back in February/March for check ups (they do one side at a time so you can heal & still eat). Then COVID hit & everything got shut down & my 12 week check up appointment got cancelled indefinitely. I finally called them because no one had reached out for the other half of my mouth to be completed. All claims are done by reimbursement which is a bit of a hassle to submit your own claims & wait for the money to come in. I’m very satisfied with my results which is why I wanted to go back. However, the front staff ladies aren’t friendly or helpful at all which seems to be a common theme in the reviews. Would recommend for the periodontist & his helpers but I think the front staff need some more training in customer service.

It is one of those surreal experiences when you find yourself gushing about a periodontist's office, but here we are.My naughty tooth prompted a referral and they got me in quickly, processed through everything with efficiency and good humour. Super clean office with the receptionists meeting you where you're at from a pandemic perspective (don a mask if you come in with one, but otherwise just behind the receptionist terrarium), which is just another way to put you at ease, make you smile, and feel like in all aspects of the work to be done, that you are in good hands.Something incredibly appreciated considering the stress many of us have when entering the place where they keep the drills.Procedure completed I end up with complications around pain and infection and they are Johnny-on-the-spot for each and every issue I bring the fore (needed to contact the emergency line, my fear allayed for calling by the ever approachable Dr. Nadji, and in 7:30am the very next morning to address the concern).There is just something about feeling heard that is a crucial component in the work that PerioPartners provides.Dr. Nadji is a gentle, welcoming, and calming presence when he enters the room, fighting to keep his mask up as smiles come easily to his face.The root (puns!) of the problem identified, a treatment plan put in place, follow up planned, et cetera.In good hands.Ashley, I wish I could express this full with my meagre writing skills, but great guns it is so nice to be met by someone with that engaging of energy, to casually wend her way through efficiently delivering service while rushing no one. Constantly making sure that I know what's happening next and what to be expected. Questions answered, clarifications sought (as needed), and the whole time with good humour and gentle care.You learn a lot about a business with such a person in their employ.Lovely humans with kind hearts that deserve all the accolades that I can lever.

Wonderful and caring staff! My hygienist is amazing and the staff members involved with my surgery were fantastic. When getting stitches removed I got ill… (I’m a fainter) The owner came out and removed the rest of my stitches and took his time. Gave me a juice box and hung out with me until I felt well enough to drive home.

The dentist and nurse seemed great but I repeatedly had terrible experiences with the front end reception staff, I finally gave up and just booked my procedure with a clinic in Calgary instead

Dr. Nadji and all the assistants I dealt with at Periopartners were very professional and kind. When I had questions during my dental surgery recovery, Dr. Nadji returned my texts very promptly. My experience here was very positive.

Dr. Nadji has been a complete professional in dealing with my patients' periodontal and implant needs over the years. I highly recommend his services.

Was referred to them because my husband needed two root canals and we needed their special camera for the very small nerves running through his gums. Our basic dental insurance did not cover the special xray so that was $400. Then, we showed our regular dentist the $5000 bill for 2 root canals... Apparently that is about $1000 more than they normally cost. Great professional people but you better have great dental coverage.

Dr. Nadji and his team were absolutely phenomenal!! They made my experience comfortable and calm. Dr. Nadji was always available for help and questions. Hands down the best dental experience I have had!! Amazing. Highly recommend.

I want to thank Dr. Ashraf Abd-Elmeguid and his assistant Jennifer for making my experience a delight! I was always extremely fearful of dental work, until now! Words cannot express my gratitude. They're the best! Highly highly recommend! I had 3 root canals done in one sitting with zero pain during or afterwards! So professional and made sure I was comfortable and feeling ok the whole time. Very caring individuals. They have made me less fearful of dental work. Thank you so much for doing such a great job! You guys are the best! Keep in mind this review is coming from someone who wouldn't even get fillings done in the past without sedation! I'm lost for words with how great these guys are. Just lost for words! I'm beyond impressed!
