Update - after 2 ignored letters from our lawyer, we are now taking Don to small claims court.Don held out boat for 2 seasons. When he finally got the work done we quickly learned after picking the boat up it was not stored properly over 2 winters and the block is now cracked. We have him on a recorded phone call stating he would refund us what we paid as an apology. When we called to arrange a time to collect our refund he refused. We now are working with a lawyer and the consumer complaints bureau. Save yourself the time and energy and AVOID!!!!

Seem to be having a lot of trouble with dons marine service it's been a month and a half since I've asked go have my boat looked at and he hasn't even started. I'm getting very frustrated as I think because I'm a younger man with a 28ft cabin cruiser he has no respect for me. I'm very displeased with the service and would never recommend to anyone

I've known Don for many years. No one knows more about marine engines than Don and I will continue to go to him for all my marine needs and would very highly recommend him to anyone. I bought this boat from him in 2007 and have never had an issue.
