They take back food if your pet doesnt eat it, courteous, knowledgable staff, some cat foods are a little expensive, they have a pay per use dog washing station that is pretty impressive. And a pets to adopt.

Love the fact that I can bring my cats in to get nails trimmed, quick and easy, not to mention saves money compared to taking them into the vet. Great staff and Always friendly service. Thanks, Gary&Mitz.

The service in this Petvalu is top notch. First time using the self-dog wash station and the manager took me back and showed me everything. I was very grateful and Petvalu will be our store from now on!

Went to this site today for the advertised self serve dog wash. I had been prepared to buy additional items, like a new dog collar as my dog has outgrown his. I would have inevitably purchase dog treats and a toy because, lets face it, I love my dogs. However when I arrived to wash my dogs I was presented with a list of rules and an appointment requirement not mentioned at all in the website. To my thinking the dog wash is intended to bring dog lovers into the store in order that they be enticed to buy the overpriced dog food and treats, not to make a profit in and of itself, because how could it? 12$ is ridiculously cheap. The issue is one of rule enforcement for the sake of rule enforcement. To wash 2 dogs they require you pay for 2 x 1 hr appointment slots. No problem. But you aren't allowed to take advantage of the 2 hours, as they require 30min between appointments to wash the bay (seems like a lot but ok). Great, so if I book 2 appointments back to back one would think that the extra 'sanitation' isn't required, the one in the middle. No. Apparently they charge you for 2 hours while only allowing one hour to wash 2 dogs, if i want to have 1.5 hrs I will have to pay for 3 appointments. Honestly.... just list the price as 12$ for each 30min on the website and the problems solved. It's frankly just irritating to have cashiers attempt to gaslight customers over 12$. ITS 12 DOLLARS! Nobody cares. But if someone treats me like an idiot.... I'm not buying anything at all.
