Didn’t do the service correct the first visit. Air flow was weaker and the unit was noisier. I had already been billed $300 for the cleaning and servicing of the heating and air conditioning unit. On the Return visit to correct this . an internal filter was added and some screws. Something that should have taken a few minutes at the very most a half an hour . He tried more than one filter. The First one restricted the air flow too much . I was shocked to see a second bill for $400 and a long note of accusations that I had neglected the unit even though this company had serviced it just two years prior.

They have asked me not to reach out to them anymore due to my attitude on phone. The attitude I gave was when secretary wouldn't put my call through to Megan. The same secretary that cancelled my moms appointment and didn't let her know. You can't silence me although you would like to as these reviews are looking terrible for your company. Again I highly recommend Coppertec. This company doesn't care about people as they are trying to state.

Mavco was the only company we could get in to stop a water leak on Sunday. Mat was prompt and able to identify the leak and seal off the line. Personally didn’t have any problems with Mavco.

We've used Mavco since 2008. This month we had them do a fairly big job, rerouting some drains, tapping off others, bringing some up to code, including having to cut thru our basement area concrete to tie it all in. Tyler (sp) who did the work was amazing, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient, explained any issues that came up & was able to problem solve (older home problems). I'll certainly request him again next time I have an issue. He did an excellent job.

Booked a furnace cleaning with CustomAir and Mavco technician showed up. Technician was prompt, polite and completed cleaning within the hour. Invoice arrived and I am charged for 1.5 hours. Emailed company to correct the call out time and was told that the extra 30 minutes was travel time. At no time was it discussed prior to the completion of the job that travel time would be included in their fee. I find this practice of billing customers without their consent to be criminal, especially from a company as large as CustomAir. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service aspect from the billing department.

Highly recommend Marco…Had a small leak under our place, the plumber was here very quickly, extremely professional… told us exactly what was wrong and how he was going to repair it … he did the repairs quickly and efficiently… I WILL call Mavco again for any pluming need!Thank you Milosh

I called them at about 9 am on Aug.15 in the morning for repairing my bathroom ceiling leaking. I got a call back at 10:39 and said that technician was on the way to my apartment. At 11:31, technician showed up and started working on my ceiling. He left my building at 13:10. Everything went well until I got the invoice(#336568) on Aug.16. The service hours are 3.5 hours. I called them today (Aug.19) and asked them to elaborate on how they calculated the service hours. I was told by a lady that she was having an Internet and remote accessing database problems and would call me back later. 3 hours later, I got a call from there headquarter in Vancouver and was told that they reviewed GPS information on the truck and decided to deduct 1.5 hours for my invoice. Until now, no body said sorry to me and even more no body answered my question: HOW DID YOU CALCULATE THE 3.5 INVOICE SERVICE HOURS?SHAME ON YOU GUYS!You had known that the truck has GPS information and intended to add more service hours to my invoice!!!I have reported to my Strata Council to stop doing any business with Mavco Penticton from now on.

I am more than happy with my experience with this company. Chris my installer was super friendly and got the job done quick. When I called back with a question later to the secretary he responded quickly as well. Not only was he friendly he was extremely informative about my new hot water tank and explained it's features without me asking. I will recommend services for anyone looking! Also to mention the secretary for the company was super friendly and courteous. Big thumbs up and thank you team!

They came and looked at my mom's furnace took it apart and left it that way.My mom followed up asking for a quote to repair and noone provided it. She then booked an appointment to put it back together if they were not going to quote it out. And she was not wanting to pay for the service as she was left without a working furnace, without a quote and without anybody really caring about her situation. To add insult to injury they canceled the appointment she had just made and did not inform her leaving her waiting for the repair man to show up. How disgusting is that for service ? She will have to find she will have to find another company to perform the repairs for her but will now be more untrusting of the situation I suggest strongly that you do not use this company we will be following up with a complaint to whoever we find out is available to listen. I am disgusted right now at how my mother was treated and this company is very low for doing this to somebody that needed their help.Well I did try calling you from Alberta Megan. I did not have an invoice to refer to as my mom got the work done and I didn't want to bother her while she was going through cancer treatments. Your receptionist however did not like my attitude and chose to hang up on me therefore enforcing the fact that your company sucks. For reference she was not willing to put me through without an invoice or anything even though I referred it as an online complaint I was following up to talk with Megan about as per your response. I said do I really need to discuss this with receptionist or could I just speak to Megan she would not put me through, told me I should not speak like I am and then hung up on me .

Spent several thousands and got them to come several times, never got the issue fixed over and over. I tried another company and fixed it at the first shot. They told me Mavco never fixed the root cause. It is really too bad. I would not recommend you using these guys.
