This agency got me a job placement when some other agencies wouldn't even bother emailing me back. I've been at this same placement for over a year now. Top notch service. May be long wait times, but was beyond impressed by the quality of service. My recruiter Kavis got me an interview with a company that had exceeded my standards of expectations. Got me a position in my field of education that gives opportunity for growth. Also, I have hands down sent handfuls of friends and old colleagues to him because of his professional timeliness. I highly recommend this service, as they do not take money from you and are paid by companies to head hunt. I recommend having solid references for faster service.

By far 1 of the worst bosses I have ever had . HELEN . Decent company but she made life hell for a year and a half . Found a new job a week later and haven't been this happy in 2 years . Good RIDDANCE! By the way she emailed me a week later literally harassing me so I blocked her

incompetent especially kavis do not do business with him, when he needs it he contacts you and you have to be there the next day but if you are the one to contact they answer you when they want and if the position has been taken not even they follow you up, and for the welders they still have the same job at Alco. it never changes nobody wants Alco it's dirty management and bad like Guardian for its that they are together. in any case flee alco and kavis. otherwise good luck to you you have been warned

This is my second posting with Guardian. The first was a temporary purchaser position. Once that was complete, I was contacted to interview for a full-time purchasing position. I'm writing this for my wife who recently had a rough experience with a recruiter here, Helen. The call they had was far from professional, and it left my wife feeling really disrespected.After the call, my wife posted a review about the experience. Instead of handling it professionally, Helen reacted by contacting my wife's current employer. That's right, she actually went ahead and told them my wife was job searching, which caused a lot of stress for us.What was most disappointing was Helen's message to my wife. She wrote, I will be calling your employer right now unless you remove the review on Google.We were really taken aback by this response.We hope the agency can improve their service and treat job seekers with more respect and professionalism in the future."
