I called and asked why my order of general Tao had so much broccoli, it was a simple order of general Tao chicken for $15 and a side of rice I understand a garnish added on but they put huge pieces of broccoli and half chicken so it seemed unfair, I called and asked about it and the employee right away tells me word for word “it’s not her problem she shows up to work and isn’t there to argue “ I replied I’m not arguing I’m wondering if there’s a mistake with my order I’ve never ordered from here before she tells me then we’ll what do I want her to do... she shows up to work to work and not argue.... I couldn’t believe how she acted so I just hung up

The place makes good food, but the ALWAYS mess something up. It can be missing condiments, missing ingredients, or an entirely different dish altogether. E.g., today, I ordered burritos and got poke bowls instead, which I noticed after getting back home. When I came by to replace the food, didn’t get much on top of a scant “sorry”. No keeping of the wrong item, not a tiny coupon code, nothing — as if wasting an hour of somebody’s time is perfectly fine.

I bought a $61 dollar meal for four. It was edible, but the flavor was bland. The meat was cooked well but tasted almost plain. For a restaurants the chicken chopped suey was horrible. It was so bad for a restaurant a homeless man would think about trashing the whole dish.

I ordered from UberEats $100 worth of food (mainly sushi) and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. I recommend going/ordering from ANY other chinese/sushi place. The shrimp tempura was the frozen ones you get from the grocery store (seriously they were), avocado was brown/black... so disgusting, the sushi pieces were just so stale and tasted like plastic.The bad reviews spoke about the service, but the food is really bad. Not fresh or worth the money at all. I completely understand the reviews now.

I got take out from here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I gotta say that for the price and speed, it's really good.The Sushi is better priced and better taste than your typical grocery store sushi.Just call ahead before driving to the place for pickup. It's usually ready when you get there (10-15mins).

The quality of their food got a lot worse within the last few years. I thought I'd order some again since the last time I ordered from them a few years ago was good but now the food is just bad. The fried rice is hard/undercooked, the noodles were really salty just looking at it you can tell there was way too much soy sauce with how dark they were. The honey garlic chicken is extremely hard & chewy basically not edible (I wouldn't be surprised if someone broke a tooth bitting into a piece). I ordered sweat and sour chicken and I recieved these tiny things almost looking like chicken balls but all flour the size of a toonie and a side of sweet and sour sauce and even that tasted as if it was going off. I also had chicken wings and with that I had to put it in the airfryer so it could cook more.. The chop suey was just so bland. The whole meal was ridiculous. I'm not one to leave reviews like this but with the amount spent and not one thing in the order was good is crazy. Unless they fix up their way cooking I'd really avoid this place.

Food is excellent! My favourite is the poke bowl which is done very well and all ingredients are fresh. 10/10 recommend.
