Thank you very much! what else can I say. I live on a lake and wells are new to me. I went to have a shower and unfortunately had absolutely no pressure. I called several plumbers, of which no one was available. I called TLC and Rhonda made a point of ensuring that someone came out same day. The plumber and apprentice were super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue quickly and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Was a simple fix but I could not have done it myself.I'm so happy with the speedy service and honest quality of work. I highly recommend TLC and will use them again with any plumbing related issues.

I have used Trent Lakes Plumbing and have found them to be the most courteous, clean and punctual tradesmen I have used. They responded to my calls promptly, gave me a quick quote and completed the work as scheduled on time and the workers were friendly and seemed to care about the job they were completing. Absolutely fantastic service! We called at almost 2am due to a pipe that had burst and another that started leaking. The woman we spoke to was wonderful. We had already shut off the water so we were ok for the night but she assured us she would send out her guys first thing and it was such a relief to get that text in the morning that they were on their way. The plumbers themselves we amazing. Super professional and I was genuinely surprised at how quick they worked. All repairs were done within an hour and everything is working perfectly now. I will recommend TLC Plumbing to everyone going forward!

I used this service in May 2018. The quality of the work was good and I paid by E transfer. 5 years later, in April 2023. I got a call requesting payment from a debt collecting agency. At no time did I receive a call or email or notification by mail between performance of the work and the debt collector call. After a lot of time and effort on my part, my accountant and the bank, I was able to ultimately prove payment of the “outstanding” amount. The company said that they were very busy at the time and were having a hard time keeping track and that they were sorry for any inconvenience. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I was not impressed.

I have used the services of Trent Lakes Complete Plumbing, twice; I was very happy with their service on both occasions. The first time, they responded to my emergency call at 2:00 a.m., and their plumber came to help unclog our toilet in the early morning. The second time, for a similar problem, I called them on a Saturday, and again received a very prompt and efficient service.

They immediately set up an appointment and were at our home at the time promised.The owner, Shawn, quickly assessed the situation and offered a solution. Pumber came within 90 minutes when I called on Holiday Monday. Temporarily fixed the problem until parts and manpower are available. Told me to call if there was an emergency and they would fit me in. So far everything is working fine.

Our septic pump went off at 3 am and kept making a repetative loud flushing sound and septic water was backing up into our ensuite shower. I didn't know what to do and called Trent Lakes and Rhonda answered and advised us on how to shut everything down and arranged for plumbers to be out first thing in the morning to fix the issue. It was amazing and thank you to Clandler and Jordan who within an hour had everything all fixed and they were so pleasant and were happy to answer my questions. Thank you to you and your team for such a quick responce. So thankful.

Rhonda and the team are great.Very responsive. When my job was done there was a minor deficicieny and she was quick to get someone out the next day to address.Would recommend to anyone else looking for a fair priced, customer focused plumber.
