Upper Canada mall location. Rude staff, didn’t feel comfortable returning items. The worker there lied by trying to convince me that I couldn’t return items bought from the Yorkdale location. They have no business being in client-facing roles.

My experience here wasn’t great, I find the employees here are very judgemental, and rude. They seem to care more about their sales rather than customer service. Two of the employees were whispering about the customers, that is not the way to make customers feel welcome. Do better, work on your customer service!

Loved the experience shopping at this Melanie Lyne location. The staff go out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking out for. Mitra, in particular is amazing and takes care of her customers. I am very pleased when I shop here and almost always find what I am looking out for. Excellent job guys. See you soon.

The three Farsi-speaking ladies in this location are very nice when you are purchasing from them, but they will make sure to make you feel very uncomfortable when you are returning items in perfect condition. I guess they are paid by how much they sell and the store is probably not doing well! Honestly, I had never experienced this in any other stores in the past. I hope the management will make sure customers have good experience even when they return items bought in this location. I definitely will stop shopping in this location.

They will make you feel very uncomfortable when returning items in perfect condition by making unnecessary comments and showing bad attitude. The staff are not professional and don’t care about customer service.

The ladies were SO nice! Friendly and helpful and even though I had pretty much chosen they still let me try on like 7 other dresses and came to check on me and tell me what they thought after each one! Not cheap dresses but the experience was really great and more than made up for it. Would definitely go again.

Absolute worst customer service ever! They refused to follow their own return policy after I received a damaged dress from them. The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. After spending 600$ on a dress, you’d expect to receive the dress in good condition and better customer service.

The staff at the Upper Canada Mall location are terrific! The manager, Zara, is very friendly and helpful. The store has a great selection of items, and you know that if it's from Melanie Lyne, it's quality stuff. They gladly processed a refund for me and issued me a store credit that does not expire, since I missed their (short) 14 day return window. But I didn't lose any money, and I look forward to shopping there soon with my credit.

Amazing experience, wonderful employees! I went in with my mom wanting to return a top that was 2 weeks over the return deadline and at first they said they wouldn't be able to return it but after some digging they found a way to return it and my mom was able to get something she liked and would wear. Thank you for taking the time to help us out, greatly appreciated! We will be back :)
