Very nice sports atmosphere, especially in bar. TVs are located everywhere, which is very convenient for all guests who watch hockey. 5/5Food. Good food for those who like fat. A couple of options for Vegetarians, and for those who like to eat healthy. I took pizza several times - I did not like it. 2/5But salads 5/5! Pecan salad - favorite from menu!Drinks. I got red wine and I felt that the wine was in the bottle for more than 5 days, the taste was ventilated although I always take the same wine in full, this time it was terrible. 2/5whiskey cola - too much ice.I like that there are promotions in the form every day - sale for some dish! 5/5Staff - 5/5. Friendly nice girls.Be prepared to wait more than 20 minutes for your food.My review - 4/5.

I just wanted to take a minute to appreciate the delivery driver Richard. Richard has delivered my past 2 orders and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Such a kind man to have a quick conversation with. He needs more recognition! Thank you Richard!

Absolutely horrible and disgusting service. Took forever to get our drinks and it was served with no ice, she stated they ran out of ice, yet the table near us got a jug of water with ice in it, and I walked around and everyone else was being served with ice in there drinks. The food took even longer maybe a 30 minute wait. No sever came by to refill our water, I stopped the server while she was walking in another area and asked for a jug of water, the bill and boxes, none came until I went to the front and spoke to the manager. Instead of a jug of water she brought one glass of water with ice. Not to sure if we were being profiled because one person was wearing a hijab, which I think was the case, or just absolutely terrible service.

Pray you get Abby as a server. Best server we’ve had at a Boston pizza. Have had her 2 times now. Both times she’s fast and efficient, doesn’t take 15 mins to get something.

Absolute worst service I've had and my friends and I now refuse to come back here. We came for a friend's birthday dinner (4 of us) and waited 20 minutes in an empty lounge before the server even acknowledged us. We got there around 7:30 and didn't get out until 10. We only ordered 1 meal each (aside from one person who ordered two appetizers instead) and only 2 of us ordered one drink each. We debated going to the one on the north end when no one was serving us. But at the end, none of us tipped because of the two and a half hours of bad/very little service. The server then guilt tripped us about not tipping, so then we had to tell her it was because of the bad and slow service, especially since there were only 2 or 3 other tables of less then 4 people. Don't go here, the disregard for having basic customer service and the just being called out for not tipping after terrible service. Your money is better spend at a Domino's. At least they'll be friendly and they don't nag about tips. Would've given 0 stars.

I recently visited Boston Pizza and had a great experience. The parking availability was excellent, making it convenient to find a spot nearby. The food at Boston Pizza was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The menu offered a range of tasty dishes that satisfied my cravings. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. I highly recommend Boston Pizza for a satisfying dining experience with good food and hassle-free parking.

Very good customer service from the manager in charge, we came 3 month ago it was a different manager and we had a bad experience but today's manager was extremely good she deserves 5 stars, and she definitely made our day.It was my wife's birthday and it was definitely remarkable.when you have good managers in charge you get good customer service and the whole team is up to standards.Thank you for being excellent, and good customer service from our waitress as well.

I went to have my Sunday lunch and ordered some food to go for my family. I got home to find that my chicken wing was burnt and my broccoli looked like leftover. I was highly disappointed. I am writing this review for the management to pay more attention to the quality of food they serve
