Always loved A n W and I have never had an issue with the location on Kenmount Road. Love the burgers, juicy but dont taste of complete grease. Mozzarella Burger is my favorite with a wonderful tangy sauce with some kick and all the right extras. Also serves excellent sweet potato fries.

I love the chicken here! Espicsly the wrapsThey are so tastyThe onions rings are a must try toMy only complaint is the lack of sauce they use and the state of the floorsThe employs can be nice and there is alot of parkingDid you know A&W will soon be using paper straws!! That's a big step and one in the right direction to save the planet and the turtles that are effected by plastic straws

Love their burgers. Ordered a veggie burger there recently and (I guess because they don't get too may requests for them it took longer than normal to get my meal. They gave it to me free of charge which I thought was great. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could but they need to find a way to make their sweet potato fries crispier. Onion rings are divine.

My favourite place to buy a fast food burger in the city, great service, fries and seasoned onion rings a bit over priced but delicious. My fav the mozza burger and the root beer of course!

Service was slow and disorganized. Took 20-30 minutes to try and get a beverage that was carbonated. It took the staff a long time to change the CO2 tank that I had to point out needed to be changed. After 6 attempts of trying to get a beverage with constant prompting of the staff I did not recieved such beverage and did not waste anymore of my time. Hopefully going forward management can train the employees on the importance of a quality beverage and how to maintain that quality.

Just came from there. This place has gone down hill big time. Ordered two teen burghers, two onion rings, two root beer. Waited at least 15 minutes to get our order. Every one else waited a long time too. So long that everyone waiting was cracking jokes (sarcastically) about the wait time. Burgers were cold when we got them. Couple at the next table complained about their burgers and got two replacements but the lady who handled their complaint and brought the new burgers was very abrupt with them.Lousy service. Cold food. Unpleasant staff. Too bad. It was a great place for many years.

What can one say. A Canadian staple in the fast food services. Socially conscience with food raised safely and humane. Known for root beer and burgers but also offer chubby chicken" which is fairly tasty."

Good burgers and onion ringsIt takes longer to be served here then most other fast food restaurants. And a and w has the highest fast food prices for a burger place
