My spouse went to this clinic for a root canal procedure. The procedure was traumatic, long-drawn, and painful, and she is still dealing with the effects of it. She visited this clinic based on the good reviews, but it's important to see which dentist the reviews are specifically for, before making such a decision. She got the appointment with Dr. Enderami. The procedure went on for several hours during which the dentist broke a piece of a dental equipment inside the tooth and then struggled to get it out for some more time, unsuccessfully. The tooth was finally filled-in with the piece of metal still lodged in there. This total ordeal lasted for over 4 hours. The clinic then booked an appointment with an endodontist to remove the broken instrument. During the endodontist's appointment they were only able to take out a portion of the metal, eventually having had to fill the tooth once more time. The pain continued for several days. Now the metal continues to be lodged inside and the tooth still unsettled. She is currently considering extracting the tooth altogether. Needless to say, this was a painful and precarious situation that my wife was unnecessarily put into, the health implications of which are still uncertain to us. I would encourage new patients who are considering this clinic, to check the reviews for specific practitioners instead of going based on the overall reviews of a clinic.

Finch East Dental Care has provided years of excellent service for my family! The staff are very friendly and truly care for your well-being. The administration team is very helpful and accommodating, Kathy and Aayushi even gave me the wifi password so I could answer emails for work when I was early for my appointment! Fabulous staff.

I am so grateful to have found this amazing dental office. The staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I go, I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Payam and his team are kind, courteous and have their patients well being in mind at all times.

They manage to make the worst visit a very tolerable one. Moved houses and still insist on this clinic taking care of all my dental needs.Not to mention punctual as well.Had cavities done and cleanup , the dentists and staff make you feel like they're working to make you feel better and not just after your money.Ps: They hand out free stuff.

Today my partner and I went for our first visit at Finch East dental care. Dan, our hygienist exceeded our expectations. He was extremely polite, gentle and provided exceptional care. Dr. Endarami is very detail oriented and truly cares about your oral health. Receptionists are very helpful and welcoming. Office is very clean and pretty to the eyes. Definitely recommend this dental office to new comers.

It's been awhile since my last dental cleaning. I decided to give this clinic a try since they had many good reviews on google. The dental hygienist, Dan, was absolutely great. This was one of the very few cleanings where I did not end up gagging (I almost always do at some point) and I have a history of jaw dislocation. I needed the occasional break and that helped so much. They had a choice of polish flavours (wow!) and they were also able to do a quick assessment at the end. I know I took up more time than I had booked for but I never felt rushed at any point. Booking was very easy and I never felt pressured into any additional services. They listened to my concerns and I'm grateful. I know I am not the easiest patient but I had a pleasant time here. Will be coming back in the future.3/4/2023So I came back 2 weeks later for a filling. Yet another 5 star review. I expressed my concerns about the cavities that i had, explained my history with my problem tooth and the procedure felt like it only took 15 minutes. I barely felt the freezing needle and they gave me breaks to swallow since I wasn't a fan of the suction tube. I couldn't even tell where they drilled during the entire procedure since I was frozen so well. Very tolerable and extremely grateful to Dr Enderami and her team. Until next time!

Wonderful experience at Finch East Dental. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the doctor were all polite and helpful. They diagnosed my concerns within the first 20 minutes. Something that I've been struggling with for months. Very happy I found this place.

I have had two wisdom tooth extractions with Dr. Payam and he is amazing.He really takes care of you and makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way.They gave me thorough reminders of my appointment, and follow up. Through out my appointment he was very gentle and consistently asked if I was okay.Even though I'm a full grown person, I still got a sticker at the end!Will definitely be back here again.
