Very unorganized company, called and got information on what documents were needed to pick up a truck, hired tow truck drove 3 hrs only to be told I couldn’t pick it up because I was told the wrong info. Almost as if they want the vehicles to stay there thanks for costing me 2 grand.Your staff member provided me with the name of which the bill of sale or release letter needed to come from which we provided and it was not until you had taken payment and was about to load the vehicle did you realize that the information was incorrect.

Some fellow work family associates and I went out for supper. Upon us all leaving to meet other associates waiting for us. OOPS found out my keys were locked in the ignition.Kitty corner across the road was a tow truck. Instantly some associates were gone. AMA was called , approximate 2 hours to wait.SAM arrived on the scene, in much less than 2 hours. What patience and professionalism SAM showed under great pressure and much effervescent excitable spectators. At least a dozen eyes were on him. He was extremely calm cool and collected. He came in a timely manner and even through much distraction, and pressure got the keys back into my hands. I could not recommend a person more highly than SAM.Thank you so much again SAM!!!

Unbelievable service by these guys! I had a major breakdown on the highway with my F-350 traveling with family and pulling my 36' fifth wheel RV. Sean was incredibly professional and patient with me as I had to figure out where to get both the truck and trailer towed. Their tow truck was capable of hauling both the pickup truck and fifth wheel together; however, after getting the truck loaded, Sean called Steve to come hook up the trailer separately just so I could conveniently have the truck delivered to a shop. Steve offered to keep the trailer in their secure lot while we figured out the truck situation. Wow!Unfortunately, the news about the truck was not good, but we found a local campground to stay at. So Steve brought the trailer to the campground well after hours and helped us get unhooked and set up at the camp site.I'm leaving out a lot of details for brevity, but this company went above and beyond anything I could have imagined to help out a family stranded several hours from home. There are no words to convey how thankful we are for all your services and professionalism in our time of need. Weirdly, I kind of hope to break down in the Airdrie area in the future so that I can see these guys again. :)Thank you for everything!

This is hands down, the best service I have EVER received!! I made a frantic call to ATR this morning after my keys became locked in my car (with it running!) and my house was locked. Stranded outside in the cold, locked out of both car and house! Initially their wait time wasn’t even that bad (1 hour ish) but I informed them I did have a flight I needed to operate and asked if there was anyway to see if they could come sooner. Despite the snow and the bad weather, they made it within 20 minutes. The driver was friendly, professional and efficient. Great value and the service was outstanding! I will not hesitate to recommend this company and use them again in the future. Thank you so much - you are life savers!!!!!

It was windy last Sunday early morning (January 2), I got stuck on the snow that was blown in the middle of the road. I tried to call 2 towing companies but they were unable to come. I had to go to work at 0700 and was already late. I tried to call my husband to rescue me and bring a shovel to help me go out of the snow. Sam from ATR came before my husband and started talking to the people at the other side of the road that got stuck as well. He offered help to me even though I was not the person who called him. He was patient, polite and very helpful and was able to pulled out the car out of the snow, that saved my husband from shoveling the car with the strong winds and cold. Thank you Sam for your help and kind consideration. God bless you and the ATR company. More blessings to come and thank you for helping people in times of crisis.

Shout out to Gordon who unlocked my car with my keys inside. It was thundering and I had no jacket. Didn't have to wait long and he was sooo friendly! Thanks so much

Angelo was absolutely outstanding!!!!! I would highly recommend ATR for any towing needs.We had a flat that we just could not get off our car. We called around and no one was available. We called ATR and not only did they send someone out but they sent the most happy and helpful tow guy ever! Thanks so much Angelo! You rock!!!! Thanks for making our experience excellent

Don't even bother. I called about an easy job. At least that is what he said.And he laughed when I told him it was a simple job. And hung the phone up on me mid discussionThe person I talked to was rude and condescending. I'm not saying that that is necessarily the representation of the company. But the person I spoke to was that way with me

Called ATR towing for a flat tire that I needed help with. Angelo showed up right away and had all the tools needed and got me on my way shortly. Angelo went above and beyond, was super knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will definitely use ATR again if I need car help.

Over priced and completely useless. Don't use this place...go for the smaller mom and pop shops. Regardless of my situation, the lack of registration I had on my truck and new trailer doesn't give your business the right to charge an absolutely ridiculous amount for 2 days at your facility and towing it 1 city block. I had a tow truck in Red Deer tow a T800 Kenworth from the south of Red Deer to Blackfalds and the invoice was half the cost. Charging people insane prices will catch up to you and I will make sure I share my situation with everyone I know. Not to mention the guy who just stood around with his hands in his pockets while I got my friend to drive around to spot me while backing up to a trailer. Unbelievable is all I can say...don't use this business.
