An out of this world dealership with outstanding level of customer service from the management to the sales teams. Originally, I had no intention of buying a new car but Steve replied to an inquiry with great professionalism. That led to meeting his superstar sales person William who was extremely knowledgeable and fantastic to chat with. I loved how transparent they were and customer satisfaction was their number 1 priority. I felt valued and appreciated which goes to show that they represent a top brand like Honda so well. Had a couple bad experiences here. They forgot to service my car once for a booked key drop off and were very rude. They also called me 5 times to book a tire change because they had my tires in storage even though they did not have my tires, every time I asked them to stop calling and they stopped after the 5th time. Service was very expensive, my tire change was about 1/3 the price at Costco. I've had really good experiences with Honda dealerships before, I expected the same when I moved here and was beyond disappointed.

I bought my Honda here over a year ago and was initially pleased with the service from that experience. My problem lies with the service department. I brought my car in to have the breaks looked at and fixed as they have been making noise. I paid well over $500 to have my car serviced and the problem isn't fixed. like at all. The service guy told me I can wait until Fall to have my breaks serviced and completely fails to mention that if I wait, the problem will still persist. Worst experience I've had at an auto garage.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Bruce at this establishment. I brought my car in for a full service, and I must say, the results were outstanding. Bruce and his team went above and beyond, addressing not only the issues I had identified but also fixing several additional problems I hadn't even noticed. The car now looks and runs as if it were brand new. While the price was higher than I anticipated, I understand that it's not within the control of the employees. However, considering the level of customer service and expertise provided by the technicians, I believe the cost was ultimately justified. I highly recommend Bruce and his team for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Don’t buy rust protection for your vehicle. I bought it on persistence assurance from the sales guy - bumper to bumper coverage. I spotted few rust spots and brought it in for inspection only to find out that nothing is covered. The guy told me I should have read the document before signing and also told me that I had got enough bang for my money. The car is 10 years old and had bought life time rust protection. I brought it in regularly every year for rust protection. Please don’t waste your money on buying the coverage that the dealership never honours. I bought 3 Hondas from this dealership and I guess it’s time to end my relationship with them.

Excellent sales and delivery experience. More personal and less pressured than at some other dealerships. Khaled Zayat made the delivery experience relaxed and informative. The paperwork was organized and simple to transact. His explanations in the new car were easy to understand and helped us drive it away confidently.Thank you!

Bought my first ever Honda vehicle here. The best trio you’ll ever find at a dealership is here! You have William, sales representative who is very kind and full of knowledge. He went through every single detail about my HR-V, helping me understand it and being comfortable before driving off. Then you have Maurice, financial service director, very sweet and thoughtful. He treats you as his family, making sure you get the best accommodations. Lastly you have Steve O, sales manager, he took my partner and I under his wing making sure we got the best of the best at Honda. He knew how to take care of us. I originally was with Hyundai and now I never want to look back. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received at this location. I will only continue to recommend it. Look out for these three and you’ll be taken care of really well.

I was seen right away when I walked into the service department. Drop off was easy and I was updated regularly when an additional service was needed to be done. My vehicle was ready several hours after drop off, which was fantastic! Great service! I will be back again!
