I'm not going to say it's a bad arena. We know exactly what we're getting in to when we all go to an old barn like this, and I'm not going to complain about the smaller ice or the unique 'cattle shoot' entry to the playing surface. But the flooring in the changeroom is a skate eater, and there's no mesh around the spectator glass and some kids and adults can really fire a puck.On the up side, the food is great (though pricey) and the atmosphere from the stands and the benches can't be beat.It's a small-town Alberta hockey rink. It has more stories than puck marks on the boards, and that's worth something.
