Winners

I shopped at Winners today. What a wonderful experience!!! The staff well I can't say enough about how kind and POSTIVE they all are. The whole aurora in the store was beyond. I certainly will be returning. If you want a wonderful start to your day I would HIGHLY recommend a visit!!

The best! My favourite Winners store! I'm so happy we have one in Williams Lake now. I am very satisfied with all my purchases. I always have a enjoyable experience here. The staff are excellent and they're really good about returns/exchanges as well.

My daughter and I went to have some one on one with each other and it was perfect. The store was not busy and the staff was amazing!! Let us browse freely but were handy when a question arose...One staff lady even volunteered to call my daughters name out (due to the fact I had lost my voice with laryngitis ) when it came time to try on some items and she was not right behind me...Awesome experience due to awesome staff. Thank you!!

Used totbe one of my favorite places to browse/shop until the manager Lorina and assistant manager Dora loudly accused me of shoplifting there one evening. I hadn't heard them but the other customers in the store did and later told me what Dora and Lorina accused me of. I went in to browse bedding to see if there was a duvet cover and sheets. There wasn't a duvet and no selection of king sized sheets so I was planning to come back when their bedding section was replenished. I had no bag or purse etc, came in often and thought the staff would recognize that I'm often there shopping. Dora and Lorina followed me outside and I slowed down while walking to my truck as I wasn't sure if I dropped my bank card as it was on my phone-card holder (they would have seen I was empty handed) It was the customers in the store who defended my reputation as Dora and Lorina announced to the store I had 'not paid a bunch of stuff' Then later they made me aware of what was said. I accepted a sincere apology from Dora when I called to ask why they falsely accused me of something. The manager Lorina however couldn't be bothered to apologize let alone even ask my name and kept telling me I was 'mistaken' until I gave her the names of the other customers in the store. She then said oh well then I guess you and I both made a mistake" even though all I did was walk to look at bedding

I kinda have this love-hate thing with Winners. Sometimes I can find something good. But I have to go back frequently and keep checking as selection isn't huge. And very little selection for Men's dress clothes. But sometimes you can find a good deal on shoes or coffee or socks or something. My wife enjoys it more than I do. But the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Not as much selection as I was expecting for such a large store. lack of sales representative acknowledgement to my presence.

Love this store, always clean and organized. Very friendly staff. Pricing is good and sometimes you can get amazing sale prices! Just bought a beautiful top, perfect ccondition on sale for only $6! What a steal ;) Just wish this WINNERS had a bit more selection and variety and changed stock more times throughout the year.

A must stop and shop to find higher end deals and unique gifts. The family change room was a joy when kids were younger for back to school... time saver.

The staff are great very helpful. Always have a smile and make you feel valued when you ask questions. Lots of new products been great being able to go there to set up my new home.
