The Divine Mine South Location

Got my fist deck of tarot here! I've been coming here for Crystal's and gems for years. The staff are super knowledgeable, kind, informative and fun! The shop smells great with their incense. I love this store! The store associates are amazing and friendly. The store is clean and organized. They have books and always bringing in new stuff!

Came in on Sunday January 22nd around 2:30PM. We were greeted upon arrival, I found a few things I would like to purchase but them put them back after an exchange I had with one of the female employees. I asked to see the rings (as they are in a display case) and the woman just didn’t seem very impressed that I was, as a person, and customer, asking to see the rings. She did not at all seem like she was happy to be there.At least act like you enjoy your life and your job. I would’ve bought the items I had in my hand if I believed that our exchange was warm, welcoming and meaningful. She made me feel like a burden to be asking her to do her job and that is not how you customer service.

Very disappointed in the service. I usually come in the evening, the guy that works there is amazing. Came in the day time to pick up something that was ordered. The store opened 10min late, i was waiting outside, the girls gave no apology and treated me like i was inconvenience for being in the store. I usually have such amazing service which is why i drive the distance to go to this store but today was disappointed. I usually spend time there as the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming as I love buying an assortment of insense. After today I don't know if I will return. I like to buy local but I can get the same on Amazon without the grief.

Friendly, big selection for such a small store and great prices! Lots of hidden gems you might not find elsewhere!

This place!! The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve come in there several times walking with my cane and they offer help and a place to put my coat. They chat and help you pick out exactly what you need. They are Knowledgeable about all the stuff you are still learning about. I got some great recommendations and found way too many awesome treasures!!

I first found Divine Mines website and found some gorgeous sun catchers as a birthday gift for someone. When I called to check if some of my picks were in stock the person who answered the phone was very helpful. It’s a bit more out of the way than I usually go for crystal or holistic shopping but I found it well worth it.The store is very packed and cosy, it was a little bit hard for me to focus in there and do a quick grab and go as I was on a time crunch. A staff member was helpful by pointing out what I was looking for though.I found my gift and a few goodies for myself. One thing that completely surprised me though was the selection in the store! I’ve never seen a crystal shop with incense, herbs and essential oils, jewellery, tapestries, sun catchers, clothing, AND the largest selection of books I’ve ever seen in a crystal shop, among other things. Prices also seem very reasonable especially with the good selection and points system they have. I didn’t see anything that I thought was overpriced maybe just out of budget for impulse purchase or a trip when I’m suppose to be buying for someone else haha. Also smelt gorgeous in there 10/10

A wonderful store; very small location but otherwise has lots to offer and the staff were extremely helpful with information needed. I don’t travel to this area often but will definitely do so from now on and also do some online purchases as this store was incredible and ticked all my boxes on what I desired in a metaphysical store!

I really, really want to like this place. I’ve gone multiple times, spent fair amount of money, it just feels like such an unwelcoming and uncomfortable ambiance every time I come in. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the staff here, I also haven’t had any good experiences with them either. They do the standard greeting when I walk in and then watch me from behind the counter or follow me around as I shop like they expect me to steal something. Because it is such an intimidating environment, I usually bring a friend with me and they always agree that the energy seems off at this place. I brought my child in for the first time and told him he could pick out some stones that he can take home. He wanted nothing to do with it and wanted to leave the store as soon as possible, he telling me he felt super uncomfortable there. I guess either I don’t vibe with this store or this store just doesn’t vibe with me.The store is always well stocked, the presentation of the products are nice, and staff always say hello when you walk in. After that hello, you are nothing more than an afterthought until it is time to pay.
