Got my ring cleaned by Wanda and it now sparkles like the day I got it. Wanda was very meticulous and made sure all the dirt and grime was off of it before giving it back. Amazing customer service.

Reanna is awesome, SUPER helpful and personable! She helped me find 2 rings that I absolutely love! The manager seemed a little old-fashioned and didn't seem to like it when I said I didn't want a wedding band with my engagement ring. When my boyfriend went in to pick up the rings, the manager said she would help him after she checked someone else out and then she continued to ignore him and help a woman who came in the store after him. He waited 30 minutes for help before leaving without the rings. He won't go back and I'll only get help from Reanna.

If I could give this a rating of 0 stars I would. My husband purchased my engagement ring 5 years ago and spent well over 5k on the ring. He spent an additional 1k on a lifetime protection plan. Within the last few weeks, two large diamonds fell out. We went back to see about the lifetime warranty and were told that the LIFETIME WARRANTY WAS VOID due to a takeover that we were not informed of.The costumer service was beyond poor and we left with more questions then we first came in with.Please do yourself a favour and purchase any large pieces from an honest company. Fortunately we were able to find a local company in town that is going to fix it right and with a great price so that's the silver lining in the story.If this helps at least one person's decision to not waste their time, then it will be worth the 10 mins it took to gather my thoughts and write this down.Beyond disappointed,Ben Moss/Charm Jewellers/whatever they call themselves boycotters for life.

Wanda was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was the nicest person. If you ever go to Ben moss ask for her she will help you with anything you need. Best shopping experience I have ever had!

I went in with a mission to find a silver chain to wear my wedding ring on when I'm at work and Wanda was so helpful and pleasant to talk with. They took the time and care to explain all the different styles, measurements, pricing, and availability that the experience was easy and quick; but also we conversed well and it gave it a more personable touch. I also happened to be there at the right time for sales and I got what I wanted for a decent price.

Wanda was so helpful and kind. She helped me out so much and brightened up my day! I've never had better service in my life. Ben moss is lucky to have her! She's the best of the best!!

Had to stop in cause I broke my chain and Wanda was awesome!! No issues getting it fixed and she even cleaned all my jewelry!! Thank you again ❤️
