Super knowledgeable / helpful , manager does orders once a week maybe only a couple of times in a year they didn’t have what I was looking for. Great experience

Purchased a disposable vape yesterday, it worked for a few hours and then stopped working. I tried to call, no answer. Went back today to hopefully exchange and was told by the employee there’s nothing he can do, disposables need to be exchanged same day… I understand however it was close to closing time when it stopped working, I was hoping by calling I could explain the situation and come in today to fix the issue, however again no one answered… the employee was willing to give me a “discount” however the vape I had was basically full and cost almost $30… he was not understanding what so ever and I understand, companies have policies but something more should have been done. He ended up giving me the vape, clearly displeased by it with tons of attitude and sent me on my way. This isn’t my normal vape shop, but I heard the selection was good so I tried it out. After the service provided I won’t return here. There’s TONS of other shops!

Unhelpful staff, lots of other places to go, pick a different one. She couldn't be bothered to help.

Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me out greatly! I would highly recommend them to anyone and not go anywhere else as you won't get the best customer service that you will at vape cove!

My #1 for everything related to my love for nicotine, but I do have one question though. Do you guys carry 100% PG Juice?

Tried to go to another vape store and they were closed so drove over to this location to buy an extra tank and a new mouthpiece. Jake was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn't have the supplies I needed but I will definately go back to that location for juice and my supplies.

Great vape store with a pretty good selection. Staff is super helpful with whatever questions from beginners to more more experienced. They also have the best in house vape juice of any vape store I’ve been too I’d highly recommend trying it.
