Absolutely love Woofur! It's your 1 stop shop! Daycare, boarding, grooming, training, nutritional advice and so much more! My standard poodle Davinci has been coming to daycare for a few weeks now. He jumps for joy when I tell him we are going to daycare and I just love seeing him run through that door with excitement! He also just had his first groom here and oh my goodness he's never looked so amazing! I have never seen him looking and feeling so silky and soft. The team at Woofur really take pride in what they do and it really shows! I can't wait for my beagle Hailey to join in on the fun!

I love Woofur's holistic approach to pet care. It's one of the many reasons I chose Woofur for our fur baby. Luna loves going there and she gets so excited when she sees the staff and her furry friends. Michelle's advice and recommendation on food and supplements for Luna's pancreatitis was invaluable and made a world of difference for Luna in every way. The staff are also very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you Woofur staff for making each of Luna's visits so much fun.

It's a wonderful spaJust give very clear instructions to the groomers. As some groomers can have harsh methods.We've been going for 4 yr now!

Edit: I added a star because I got a call back and promised I would, I'll not get into the details but at least they tried to make it better.My kids had been bicycling by Woofur for months in the summer and the staff seemed so pleasant, so I thought I'd give them a try. I had registered for a leash walking class, which is still on their website, although it was for 2021 (still advertising January 2021). My fault, it was January 2022, and I just didn't notice that the year was off. I did get a call back saying it was a website error, and I could use what I paid for another class. I registered for the Foundations class, which was virtual. Since it was for my kids to interact with the dog I signed up, thinking it may be the start of a good set of classes, drop in visits, summer camps, etc.The first two classes were geared at showcasing Woofur products and foods. Class attendance dropped after the first two sessions as questions went unanswered and concerns were not directly addressed. . The second last class had only two attendees, and the other person had their camera off, sounding very depressed, confused, and distraught. The last class was just us, and my kids were told that the dog thinks of them as her puppies and they shouldn't be part of the training. I was surprised, as the training was supposed to be for the kids. Apparently we passed because we did everything that was requested, and I was told we've come a long way". That last line was really puzzling

Do not go here. They cut my dog during his visit on his eyelid and didn’t even inform me about it until I called them asking why he is bleeding. I even gave the GROOMER (who had cut him) an opportunity to come clean by asking her how my dog was during the grooming session when I came to pick him up and she said she wonderful everything was okay. Terrible customer service. Don’t take your dog here.Update: they threatened me to take down my review over email, they didn’t apologize for what happened or do anything to make up for it - instead they threatened to take down my review. They said they would publicly respond to my review if I don’t take it down. WORST PLACE EVER. DONT GO HERE.

You can trust these staff with your loved ones. My dog loves coming here and he always looks amazing when he comes home.

Absolutely amazing service from people who truly care about our pets! I was so lucky to find out they have an Osteopath who works out of their store once a month. He treated my golden retriever puppy and was feeling better within a couple days! Special thanks to Michelle who fitted my boy with a more suitable harness and recommending some supplements.
