Having found myself without employment for the first time in 25 years, right before the COVID-19 pandemic started, I was at a loss as to what to do next. I explored a number of options, and someone suggested that I look at a career in home inspection. After doing some research, I came across Carson Dunlop and decided to make a call. I spoke to Ahmed who spent a great deal of time explaining everything to me and how the course worked. I was impressed with the amount of time that he spent with me. He explained that I had 12 months to complete the course and it was geared to my schedule (which was newly wide open), so I signed up. I was nervous at first going back to school after all these years, but was comfortable knowing I could complete it at my pace. Fast forward to today, and after working very hard for the past 5 months, I am happy to say that I have completed my courses and am ready for the next step. I'd like to thank everyone at Carson Dunlop for all of their assistance along the way! Especially Ahmed and Khalida who were always ready and willing to answer questions, no matter how trivial they may have been. The course itself was very challenging (in a good way), and taught me more than I could ever have imagined. I have completed the course on my own pace. Whole process was pretty simple and well guided. I encouraged eeryone to receive a field training for three days which provides an oppertunity to apply knowledge and a practical experience with a trainer. Best of luck to everyone.

Having been a Red seal carpenter and contractor for 25+ years, i thought I knew a lot. Carson Dunlop took my knowledge to another level. Excellent experience, instructors are professionals that have been in the field for years. Support is always easy and quick. Course is challenging, but worth it.
