I have been dining at Guero taco for a few months now and the food is FANTASTIC!! My favourite dishes are the enchilada combo and now the chimichanga combo!! The tots are cooked to perfection with excellent dipping sauce!! The atmosphere at the restaurant is VERY welcoming and the staff are friendly!! Keep up the great work guys!!Make sure you come visit this place when your in Cardston, AB!!!

Nice decorations, but I wasn't impressed with the food. It turned out to be a knock off of Cafe Rio, and not a very good knock off, either, especially for the price. The service was just ok. No smiles, but no one was particularly rude.

A pretty cool little hole in the wall place with interesting decor. The food was decent and the service was okay. A little work needed to be really good but lots of potential. A little more attention to making sure tables were clean, that servers pay attention to the customer order and a heat rating for the sauces would be great. All in all a good stop.

Fish tacos were really good. I think it's a little bit pricey . Everything you see in my picture came to $273x fish, the drink and the 2 chorizo

This food was absolutely terrible. We ordered tacos and a burrito, there was zero flavor in the food, I think they forgot what spices are. Taco bell is better than this. After eating a couple bites of this cold flavourless excuse for food, we threw the rest in the garbage where it belonged. Within 30 minutes of eating we had both thrown up. Please do not serve food like this to people, especially after charging $20 a takeout plate.

The food here is very expensiveThe customer service was kinda alright. We said we hadn't been there before, and he was not at all helpful with the menu. They don't have tap water, only bottled water.The food is served in tinfoil dishes.There are NO veggies in the burritos? If you want a handful of lettuce, you have to get enchilada style for $2.The portions were good for the price and the menu is marked with vegan.

It was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and polite. The food was fantastic. The pork burrito was amazing. It’s a little cramped. But once they get the deck built it will be much better.

Fabulous! This was the best fish taco! To be honest, I didn't expect much and I was happily surprised! Great balance of fresh ingredients and perfectly fried cod. I would go again. Loved the tater tots and special sauce too!

Fantastic food. There can be a bit of a wait during the lunch rush, but it is worth it. Be sure to make your meal a combo with an authentic Mexican soda.

A great quick option for us after a long day in Glacier NP. Not many options in Cardston. The food was quick and tasty, the staff was friendly. Wish they were open a little later - but we are grateful we made it just before closing. The tots were great.
