The Bargain Shop compares quite well to Giant Tiger. You will find a small range of household goods from clothing to cookware to batteries, snacks and discount books. Despite the name, bargains" can often be comparable to the prices (and merchandise) found at other discount stores. I found a couple of oddball DVDs here

I went there to buy a cheap pair of jeans. Was completely surprised by the variety of items in the store. The prices are good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'll keep this place on my list of go to stores in Ft Qu'appelle
