Clinicare Walk-In Clinic

I had an amazing experience here! The wait was about an hour. The doctor really took the time to listen to me and throughly assessed my symptoms. Did not dismiss me or my concerns at all. The first walk in clinic in London to not rush through your appointment. Even gave me a very helpful pep talk! 10/10 would recommend

Brought my wife there at 2:45 pm on Sunday, no appointment needed. We only waited about 1/2 hour in the waiting room even though there were 2 people before us. The doctor called us into his office and checked my wife right away. He is straight to the point, he made it simple, easy to understand and gave good advice. This is the place that we go from now on. It’s hard to find a doctor like this nowadays.

Really good experience with the doctor. Walked in on a Saturday and waited like ten minutes. I'm not really going to comment on reception even though it was fine, for me the experience should be with the doctor I don't care about the service" plus I've seen plenty more rude and irritable patients than I've seen rude reception not to say they don't exist. Got in the office

Best doctors with 0 attitude. Very knowledgeable and caring doctors. Receptionist is seriously so rude, ni manners of speaking. Upon reading other reviews, i can make out how she really is, and just answering anyone that they are no mire welcome, she is miss using her rights. Worst ever receptionist. She should absolutely be fired. She seems to be in wrong profession. Just giving 2 stars bcs of her

Never in my life I have left a review for anything in my life. This one has to be heard. I had to worst ever horrible experience I could ever get in my life. The doctor was so rude, at one point I was explaining my situation and he told me shut my mouth. I was taken aback and I told him he was rude and he mentioned then I can leave.I got emotional over my disease and cried and the dr told me that If I was there to cry then I could leave. I sat there for half a minute more to compose myself before I left, he asked me to leave so that he could treat other patients.This was the worst ever behavior from not just a dr but from a human being.

Dr Asad was really professional and respectful. The receptionist was also nice and the checkin process was fast, and waited for around 15 minutes to see the doctor. Also the clinic was clean.

I do believe Dr Muhammed is the best doctor, he is super patient, understanding, professional. I have some issues caused me super tense and he helped me relaxed and tell me that I could conquer everything. I would really really appreciate his help.The reception is patient and polite as well, I saw her explained about how the insurance work for another patient specifically.What a lovely clinic.

I am so dissatisfied with the service. I brought my mom coz her BP was 170s systolic from the immigration clinic. We waited for more than 2 hrs prior to be seen and when he checked, the BP was 160/90. Doctor said it was ok and no need to worry. He refused to give prescription for the high BP and wants to observe for 2 wks and come back. We waited for nothing. I asked for a medical note so that we have a proof that we went for consultation for insurance purposes and he said the receipt is enough and didnt give us a note. I will not come back to this clinic ever. Doctor is dismissive and doesnt listen to the concern of the patient. He just checked the BP and thats it. He said everything is fine and not to worry.. i wouldnt bring her there if im not worried.

Had about an hour wait which I expected at a walk in clinic on a weekend. During the visit the doctor was professional and efficient. The receptionist was a bit off with estimating wait times (she said it was about 30 min wait) but it’s hard to gauge these things, so no worries about that. Just bring something to do in the waiting room :)

I called to see how long I would have to wait to see a doctor and was told 10-15 minutes. When I arrived the wait was 10 minutes. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The doctor (Dr. Naeem) was thorough, personable and professional I was very pleased with my first visit. I will definitely return.
