Dr. Jocelyn Taitt, ND Victoria Naturopathic Doctor

What a terrible experience. My partner is on a palative care program sick with cancer. Dr Taitt in Vicortia was our last hope and she crushed our spirits. We waited weeks to have an initial consultation about treating my partners cancer. Twenty-six minutes prior to theour appointment she cancelled. The reason... we didn't fill out a form! Instead of correcting the mistake and moving forward to help us we were told we were NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! My mistake, I didn't realize it was so important and thought we would just discuss the info during the 90 mins. I had already signed the content form which would afford them all necessary info.It was very hurtful and extremely disappointing. I would never imagine a holistic natural path doctor would treat people with such disrespect. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS CLINIC. you deserve better, so choose anyone else to help you. This is not a respectful or kind place.

Just a fantastic doctor.
