TrueSeal Window & Doors System does not even deserve any rating or even to be in this business. Very poor door installation and quality of the product. Very unprofessional customer service with poor finished product. Do not waste your time and money with them. Find someone else with good review.

We were happy to know that the company was able to accommodate us during the peak of the COVID pandemic. Our installation was right in time after the major renovation we did at our home. Though the design we chose was a great choice, my husband and I are disappointed. We were careful in our selection in the fibre front door we chose, it cost over $10,000 for the double front door. The door was installed in the summer, so we did not feel the cold air coming in until winter, we found there is a gap between both doors. We also noticed the stain of the door started changing in the commonly used area of the door, near the lock. We called Debbie the sales customer service agent who assisted us. She advises she would have someone come to look at it. A few months past, the colour/stain started to rub off in different areas of the door. We reached out to Debbie again, she was surprised no one had contacted us. After several back-and-forth conversations, someone reached out. Long story short, final resolution, we were told its not a manufactural damage, so they are not able to fix it. You would think after spending over $10,000 for a door, and option to purchase another door in the future for another property, with such a saturated market, you would think loyalty would be a prerequisite.We felt dismissed as though our money was worth nothing. We know its only $10,000+ spent and the company might be accustomed to other customers spending more with them over time. But as a first-time customer, we were very disappointed. We even offered to purchase the stain and getting someone else to fix it for us. Still, no remedy. If this was a well-done stained job, we shouldn’t have this issue in less than one and a half year. In addition, nobody would maliciously damage their own product. Our opinion, the initial customer service is great, once they are taking your money. Be warned, once the problem starts, there goes customer service, you are no more a valued customer.
