Very much appreciate Namik's customer service and efforts to rectify a tricky situation, in which we had problems with an older model of a chair. Namik's response time was quick, and he was very attentive and made every effort to be helpful and resolve the situation. While we might have otherwise been unhappy, we are now very satisfied with our stylish and sturdy chairs.
