Nick is amazing! After months of editing my novel and (stupid me) only saving it on my desktop, my netbook crashed. Not only did Nick recover ALL my files, he got me my netbook and the files back in 24hrs, keeping me on schedule! Super nice guy, even met me half way to deliver my equipment so I didn't have to drive all the way to town. Top notch work! Saved me a nervous breakdown truly! My HERO!
