Only went to pick my partner up after he dropped the hire car off. Place was tidy and all the vehicles were clean and parked sensibly.The lad that dealt with my partner was well mannered and dressed smartly and knew what he was talking about.Good experience.

Shocking service. My car broke down on Saturday and it took them two days to give me a call just to say that it will take further 72 hours to organise a courtesy car. Still waiting..

As a member of AA I received a car for 72hours after a breakdown, and then was able to hire a car until mine was out of the garage with a 15% discount code. So far so good. The staff were all really polite and professional. Nothing too hard, and even delivering back to Peterborough was a breeze.So far STILL so good. My car was ready earlier than expected so I managed to drop the hire car back earlier and they refunded me the unused days. STILL SO GOOD. Enterprise has gone above and beyond my expectations and I will always have them front of mind if I need to hire again. The hire car was good quality and immaculate. Every thing was good.

We rented a van so I could move house and they made everything really easy. Very friendly staff.I've previously rented a van elsewhere and they tried to claim we had caused damage that was already on the van (I had photographic evidence) so I was prepared for a similar fight, but at Enterprise they just checked everything nice and quickly, refunded the deposit and we were on our way.Will definitely use them again if I ever have to move again.
