I have been going to May at Ombre nails for many years. Always feel very welcomed when i arrive and the service is great! Highly recommend May!!!

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences at this establishment and it always seems to be some micro aggression based on me being black. The last time was the worst as after making an appointment for 2 pm and entering the location I was ignored for over 15minutes. No one acknowledged my presence staff looked at me and continued working. Another customer whom was getting a pedicure also mentioned the blatant racism and the staff working on her feet continued to ignore her and myself. I chose to leave after recording the situation and will be posting it to my tik tok and Instagram for my thousands of followers.

I got my nails and eyebrows done here and it was a fantastic experience. My nail technician May was so enthusiastic and down to earth. I am usually nervous but she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you May!

BEWARE of this salon! I got an INFECTION after receiving a pedicure from Ombré Nails. After informing the establishment of the infection they apologized admitted my technician was brand new. To make things “right” they and offered a complementary pedicure, which I obviously did not feel comfortable going ahead with. It has been a week since my pedicure and I am still taking antibiotics and have not been able to go to work because of the pain. I explained this to the manager and expected some type of compensation.. even just a refund for the pedicure would have been “admirable”, however they stood by their complimentary pedicure. After informing them I would be escalating to Public Health and posting my experience online, they were less than cooperative and backtracked on all the apologetic sentiments previously offered.On another note- the pedicure I received was quite terrible. The polish had bubbles all over both big toes and when I asked them to fix it, she put a top coat on. When that didn’t work, she put a second top coat on. When this also didn’t work they started to rush me out. I too needed to leave as I had already been at the salon for 1.5 hours for a 30 minute appointment. Overall horrendous experience, unprofessional follow-up with the manager, and I urge you to use another establishment.

I love Ombre Nails. They always do a great job with my nails and making sure that myself and friends or family are comfortable. I've been going here since they opened five years ago and I trust them to do a great job with my nails whether it's just for fun or a big event. The boutique is always clean and the prices are fair. 10/10 would recommend.

I got a regular manicure for the first time today and I will definitely be returning! The salon is very clean and neat, there wasn’t even the smell of acetone in the air.My nail tech was really polite and so diligent when doing my nails. I also love that they use fans instead of UV light to dry natural nails. A great experience overall!

My mom has started going here recently and o have never seen her happier with her nails.She comes home talking about the nice ladies she has met, everyone is so welcoming and amazing.She is not one to try something bold, however one of techs May did a beautiful job spicing up her French manicure.This team is the best she’s ever been to.

Will not be returning to this salon! Booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure, showed up on time and was completely ignored. Walked in and no one came to greet or asking about the appointment. Sat and waited for 10 minutes still no one, decided to interrupt a tech and was told to wait. All said and done my appointment was half hour waiting. First time at this salon and disappointed.
