Really appreciate their queue management. When we arrived, there are six groups ahead of us. After a few minutes wait, someone approach the line and ask for what you want to do and try to help reduce the line length.

Alejandro was incredibly quick on response when I needed assistance with my tire.A nail had gotten into my front tire on the drivers side, and he was very helpful with his knowledge and skills for helping assess my tires.He is professional and very approachable.10/10 would recommend AMA and Alejandro again easily.

95% of the staff here are super nice I’ve been coming here for years. The lady that assisted me in getting my marriage certificate today was super rude. Diana I think? I didn’t fill out a small portion of the form I was supposed to fill out, it’s a very easy fix. Took 10 seconds for me to write what I needed to write. She decided to sarcastically laugh and treat me like a 4 year old… very unprofessional behaviour

Called this morning one driver showed up with the wrong truck for the vehicle. Driver called dispatch, said another tow truck should be here within an hour been waiting 2 hours. Received a notification of driver arrived at location no driver was here at all. I called to see what was going on and was told i was back at the bottom of the queue. What a joke. Paying for a service like this no thank you. Call for a local tow truck company and be done in an hour with a great service and no yearly fees.

They helped my mom with everything that she needed today. The lady who helped was so kind, and she took her time helping my mom out. My mom isn't great at understanding or speaking English, so thank you so much, AMA, for having such a great understanding and taking your time with my mom.

This location is by far the best registry services around. I always come here even if i have to go out of my way to get here. They always look for ways to help instead of ways to turn you away like you're an inconvenience to them like many others in the city. Always friendly too. Sometimes the wait can be long but always glad to wait a lil bit to get great service!

The worst instance company service. This is my fourth time here . Every time Christina tells me something new and bring other documents. At the end then tells me that if I’m not Alberta resident then the can’t get me insurance . I called her and left voicemails many times no replies. Worst experience. Wasted me 4 hrs driving

Had to order replacement birth certificate. AMA Crowfoot made the process seamless. Took about 10 minutes from begining to end with agent Mystaya being very friendly and helpful. I paid for the rush service and was able to pick up my certificate 2 days later at the Crowfoot location! Amazing service!

Transacting here was a joy! Went here with my wife to apply for GDL 7 licenses, I don't know if we were fortunate that there were no queues but service here was impeccable! We were assisted as we entered the door until we took our exams up until our photos were taken. Now I know why people recommend AMA. Thank you to the staff for the service you provided.. Will definitely look to AMA first before looking at other firms.
