These people are professional. Go in get a friendly greeting. They tell you exactly what you'll need to do to get loaded. You have to wait inside during loading and unloading but comfy chairs and free coffee. Restrooms too and they are clean (keep em that way please). Very accommodating. I wish every pick was this efficient.
