Had the most pleasant experience today dealing with Andrea. So friendly, efficient, courteous and very professional.Oh! Knowledgeable and helpful too.She guided me on procedures that I was pretty sure of, but other staff in other locations and other cities refused to help out with.So yeah, this one is a star!Thank you Andrea

My name is Sherry Sider & I’m writing this review from a friends cell. Rose at the Hartzel Rd Branch is an amazing lady, she is kind, knowledgeable and has excellent Customer Service skills. I have nothing but positive things to say ab the woman that currently work at this branch, I wish I could remember all their name bc they’re an amazing bunch of ladies.

It was my first time coming to Canada and I was very pleased with the service. Everything went well and the clerk was very nice and helpful. Would definitely come to this specific Money Mart location the next time I visit. They open early so I can start my day early. Parking available outside.

I felt trapped and out of options until I spoke with Andrea. She made everything seamless and a great experience overall. It made my day. I am happy to recommend Money Mart just because of the service Andrea provided.

I have been helped by Rose and Andrea for years at this location and they are always professional and courteous. I always feel welcomed and well informed for all services at this location. This is the only location I will deal with because the standards are so high and well met. I do hope they make this location more accessible for wheelchairs/walkers and maybe some much needed updating inside for the staff and clientele. Regardless, I will always recommend this location for any future business dealings with Money Mart!!! Great job Ladies!!
