Very unhelpful with the amount of staff that was in. Could not even buy a connector for my exhaust to meet the exhaust from the engine manifold

The one on Cordova has a huge store to visit. I've always liked it. Friendly staff. I prefer it over Napa when it comes to location.

I walked in no greeting. I asked where a product was she just said over there (not really specific) no one asked if I needed help I had to help myself. A worker just starred at me while I looked confused. No help at all when I asked about car paint. I suggest the lordco on marine drive. The guy there was much more helpful

Hi there guys and gals have it down ever one who works there knows what they're talking about ya some of the new bees are a little green but they sure try hard to get you the part you need quickly so don't hesitate on heading there we won't be disappointed there open late this new store is not wheelchair friendly but if you do need access with a wheelchair all you do is go down the ally behind the shop and ask to go in that way I'm sure they would not mind give you access to the retail area ok take care now"

There are a lot of parts for vehicles. Unfortunately lordo doesn’t carry them all. Prepare yourself for an order in advance. Lubricants and decor in store. Awesome staff, just learn to work with them. They know the store better.

I was there for snow chain. Actually, I showed my vehicle model and tire size as well.But it was small and I found the model was wrong from the staff.But problem was the item was non-refundable! I have called and manager said It could be change to right size.Anyway, I couldn’t use it for my very first snowshoeing day and i was really unhappy that time but their effort and customers service was quick and better than others.You can find many of accessories for cars and fancy parts. Very essential place of it.

Inefficient pickup and checkout process. Sometimes misleading Information from different staff cause confusion. They do get parts to their store from all localmdistributors usually in a day so that's great!
