Their receptionist can't let you finish your sentence without interrupting.Also, their website clearly states hauling and shipping needs met" but it seemed like I was talking a foreign language when I asked the receptionist for details. (who sounds disgruntled and makes you feel like your wasting her time.)"

For finding nuggets of great finds, McSherry's never disappoints.

Beware! Absolute Crooks! Do not buy from Auction!They shipped a package to the wrong address and will not issue a refund because I didn't verify my address with them. My address has been on the online website for over a year! When you sign up to bid on the auction, you put your address there. I agree to pay, and they agree to ship to that address - it is a contract. They just didn't check to make sure it was correct and somehow blame it on me. I have been getting the run around for weeks. I finally spoke with the owner and he said he'd call me back in ten minutes. He never called back.Avoid this auction!!

Recently had McSherry sell a large amount of household goods and large portion of a coke collection, as I was moving out of the country. He quoted me a percentage fee and additional fees that were involved for pickup of the goods. When the final tally came in after the auction, the percentage fees for the coke goods went up 10% and extra handling" fees were added. He also sent an extra guy out to pickup items which was never discussed. And he billed me for that guy's time as well. I emailed to bring up these extra charges that were not part of the quote. I was basically ignored. I was swindled out of several hundred dollars. I would suggest to look elsewhere if you want to sell any items through auction."

My family was recommended to Stuart, they said he was reliable and well known. However when he came in to get our possession's he took more then we told him to take. He was told not to take the instruments yet in the end when we were not around him, he did in fact take our instruments. Instruments that have deep value to our family. He did not take the guitars and amp though, so if he was unclear on what we meant he should of been professional and asked instead of just taking. He also took a chair that was marked with orange tape (something we put on our possessions to try and make sure he didn't take things he wasn't supposed to). However he took that too. Including another possession of ours that was worth more then the meager $100 he sold it for. If your looking to get ripped off? by all means call Mc Sherry Auction Service. If you want someone professional and who know how to listen? Well I suggest you keep looking. I'm sure there is some wonderful trustworthy Auction services out there but here is not one of them. I'm sorry to anyone else who had a similar experience as us.

Stuart and his entire team and family are the best. Always with a smile and always helpful. Great Online Auction with unique items. This place is a blast to keep an eye on as Stuart works non stop to keep the auction stocked. lucky to have a place that is this much fun in Manitoba.

Staff was very helpful and the process of picking up my winnings was super easy.
