We showed up at 3:00pm on a Saturday, planning to play for 2 hours before dinner. We checked the website before we went and it indicated that they were closing at 4:00pm for a party the Saturday prior, but nothing about that day (regular closing time on a Saturday is listed as 7:30pm). My friend and I had each driven 30 minutes to get there to be told upon arrival that they would be closing that day at 4:00pm for a party as well. As neither my friend nor I are particularly familiar with the area and didn't know if there was another option close by, we were left with the choice to either stay for only an hour or leave and disappoint our children. We stayed and played and had a fine enough time, but felt cheated because we paid full price and had to leave after an hour. I also filled in a waiver online but the employee never asked about it, so I'm not sure how much they're following that policy. All in all, we were left with a negative impression. Would we go again in the future? Maybe, but we'll call ahead and not trust the website for times.

First time here. My 1.5 year old loved it. I thought he would only stay 20 mins. Nope! Over an hour! He LOVED IT HERE! Can’t wait to go back.

Great for the kids but the charge way to much , every adult is an extra $6. Don't go on a Saturday unless you are having a birthday party and it is packed!

We had a birthday party at KidsPop and was able to rent out the whole place. KidsPop was super helpful in organizing and providing everything we needed. Play place was clean and in good condition. Bathrooms were clean too.

We rented the large bouncy castle for my son's 7th birthday party! It was perfect for the event with lots of space for kids to jump around and slide. Easy to put up and down and very safe! We had about 15 to 20 kids at the party and it was a great time had by all! I highly recommend this bouncy castle for an outdoor birthday party!

Had a great afternoon at KidsPop! This would be one of the biggest excursions we've brought my daughter to as she turned 1 at the outset of the pandemic and we've just started venturing out now that mandates have lifted! She enjoyed both the larger play area as well as the more toddler themed area as she straddles both. Staff were friendly, equipment and bathrooms seemed well kept and overall the kids interactions were positive (kids will be kids ;P) - Thanks KidsPop!

This indoor space is fantastic! I'm so glad that we came across it. Our 2 year old's had the best time and parents were able to sit and watch. The floor is turf and soft, the play spaces are safe and vary for different abilities and there are snacks and coffee available for purchase. Win win! We will definitely be going back here to wear our kids out before nap time:)

Great local place to have for the kids in Uxbridge. Only small thing is my autistic son wasn’t able to climb across what I can only describe as a net like thing at the top right of the play structure, and so wasn’t able to get to the twirly slide after that so he was really disappointed that he couldn’t do it. Other than that no real complaints.

Great place for kids!! Lots of fun. Just don’t go later in the day. If they close at 7:30 they start cleaning at 6:30 and you feel like you should leave. This has happened to me on several occasions, unless the owner is working.
