Had a great experience at Crossroads clothing store on the main strip in Grand Bend. Staff were super friendly, patient, helpful! We bought 2 tank tops, a jays hat and my wife bought the nice pink dress…!

The manager yelled at his staff on the floor. Made the poor girl cry. Sexist and disrespectful young man.

Experienced the best customer service at Crossroad in Grand Bend this week. Pam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made us feel more than welcome while we made our purchases. A beautiful fall November girls escape was just made more special by meeting this wonderful lady! We can’t wait to go back next summer. Thank you Pam … enjoy your sunshine winter!
