Bought a boat seat and it broke after one use. Refused to fix, refund or help in any way unless he got more money.I would not recommend this business to anyone. Expensive and no customer service….Very disappointed

I’ve been going to NIX for years, great serviceThey’ve fixed or supplied parts for my boats . I sent my nehibor down there and they fixed him up on short notice before a fishing trip and have sent a lot of people his way highly recommended

Totally ripped me off paid for a newer 175hp optimax and theres a 40 year old 150hp black max on it what an outright scam, terrible business. Just avoid altogether unless you like getting ripped off!! And why doesn’t the better business bureau take complaints against this company seriously!

I can't say enough about how good Steve's customer service is. I bought a boat that was under his care and my experience was a 10 out of 10.I asked him to do some extra things for me and he didn't bat an eye. I live in Nova Scotia and Steve went above and beyond to accommodate me. I highly recommend NIX Off Road Marine.

Dont go there!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Took my evinrude outboard for repair. Said he replaced the bottom end gears and paets. Had issues right Way on the water. Took it back and he changed more parts and charged $300 more. Went back to water and still didnt work. Hes a nice person and smooth talker. After all that he tells me thats why i dont like to work on outboards" . If that was the case

This guy is a rip off 100% he took the carburetor apart and removed the jets saying that I removed them so he don't rerefund the money's 650.oo so be careful people
