My fireplace is almost 20 years old, and in the past 3-5 years, the flames have been dying out and, last year, the heat emitting from the fireplace couldn't be felt at all unless you were practically up against the glass.After two unsatisfying experiences with two other furnace companies (one of whom attempted to up-sell an entire new fireplace installation, and the other who was highly unprofessional), I finally found HeatCo. And thank god I did. My technician, Theo, was an absolute wonder.He was patient with all my questions, and took care to keep the inevitable sprawl of tools and fireplace items contained in a way that by the time he finished and packed everything up, that area of my house was immaculate.Theo went out of his way to help us fix an issue that we didn't even know we had: our gas pipe was bent so much that it was in danger of snapping, and we wouldn't have even known about it. Even though he could've ignored it (because we would have never known had he not pointed it out), he took time out of his own day to help us replace it because he was concerned about our safety.By the time he finished and he hit the switch to turn on the fireplace, the flames were as high as the first time I moved into this house. He had also repainted the background of the fireplace so everything looked like it had in my childhood.I am so grateful to him and cannot recommend him and HeatCo enough to anyone who needs any work done with their furnace. They really care about their customers. I would like to say some good words about Sia who fixed my boiler the same day by replacing the board .He was very professional,polite,understanding.I would give him 5 star because I wasn’t home and was able to fix it without ripping me off .Thanks Sia for what you do honestly.

Theo is an absolute pro and just a kind human being. He came this morning to assess my lack of heating and gave me a quick diagnosis of the problem and possible solutions for repairing or upgrading - he had a no pressure attitude. When we decided to just repair our boiler, he was even able to come the same day late in the evening to help us get heat back! Highly rated individual - you can definitely count on him as he really cares about his business and clients.

Great expertize! Great communication (ex. Time of arrival, and explanation on what needed to be fixed and which parts to be replaced). Friendly. Efficient in completing the maintenance work. The tech/ maintenance professional that came in Sivash was excellent!!! Definitely will ask for their service again. :) 5/5 stars.

Just got our boiler and hot water tank replaced with higher efficient ones. Thanks Theo for walking us thru the whole process from start to finish. Theo and Siya were both friendly, professional and kept the working area clean. Will definitely reach out again for heating needs.

I called them first in 2020 to change the gas valve and thermopile. I called them again this year and thermopile needs to be changed again. The same service fee increases $100. I do not know about the fee increase until I happen to check my receipts for tax purpose. With the life expectancy of the part and the fee increase, I would no longer trust and use their service anymore.

Theo and Sia replaced my 30yrs old furnace and tankless hot water tank on the coldest days last year. They did a superior job with a reasonable price. After one year they rerouted my air intake to pass the City building permit, another great job again!!! Thanks guys.

Tohid from HEATCO replaced our Hot Water Tank today. All I can say is it was professional and stellar service. From the moment I called to get a price quote a week ago, to the moment Tohid installed and cleaned up, I can say that they were very upfront and honest and their work was competitive and performed in a timely manner. The technician Theo did a very good job for replacing our old hot water tank. He was professional and friendly. He finished all the clean up before he left. The price was reasonable. I recommend the service!

Theo was very professional and fixed our radiant heat problem after flushing the water pipes. His service is reasonably priced and he was also very patient at explaining the problem. We feel we can trust him with any furnace related issues.
